Story
I started taking care of snoopy to help out my grandmother during a move, however she was unable to take him back. I’ve kept him for 2 years because he’s such a good dog, but unfortunately my schedules changes and I am unable to take care of him like he needs. Snoopy is 6 years old and was updated on all shots last month. He never barks, won’t get on my couch since I trained him not too, has never shown any signs of aggression, loves other dogs and cats (we used to live with both and he still sees both and my moms), and is a love bug. He is a sweet giant and I hope he gets to a good home.

Story
Meet Baby Girl. She's a 7 year old, red nose pit bull. Sadly, her owner has been ill and in the hospital the last 7 months and yesterday passed away. Baby Girl needs a new home. Yes, she's a pit bull. But you'd never know it. All she wants is to be loved on, butt scratches, and somewhere to have her zoomies. She does seem to have a health issue. I'm guessing an untreated UTI (again due to her owner being in the hospital for so long). If you or someone you know is looking for the sweetest, most cuddly dog, here she is! Unfortunately, if she doesn't find a home she will likely have to be surrendered and we all know what happens to pits when they're surrendered. Even the sweetest ones.

Story
This sweet, energetic puppy has been with us since he was 3 weeks old. He has grown up around our 10-month-old daughter and another dog, and he has always been gentle, playful, and affectionate with both. He loves to run, play, and be part of the family. Unfortunately, he recently broke his toe and needs continued medical care. We are no longer able to keep up with the expenses, and we want to find someone who can give him the love, playtime, and care he deserves. He is a wonderful, happy pup with so much potential, and is looking for a responsible home that can continue his treatment and give him a great life.

These pups are in Virginia Beach, Virginia too!

Story
Meet Snowbell &#226&#157&#132&#239&#184&#143 SNOWBELL - 1-5 years old, 35 pounds, sweet by shy, nervous in new situations   Stunning Snowbell is a sweet young girl with the body almost like a fox, light tan fur, straight up ears and a sit that is commanding!   She is smart, knows several commands, and is really really treat motivated!   Snowbell is looking to be the only pet in an adult home.    She can be very nervous at first and slow and proper introductions to new people is importnat.   Once she trusts you, her affectionate, gentle and silly sides shine through.   The first thing she did in the yard was some fantastic zoomies! She made me dizzy with all the running in circles! Silly girl!   Snowbell would benefit from continued daily training (get her mind moving!) and daily exercise and play time (get her body moving!)   She might push some buttons as she can act puppy-like so please be ready for some understanding and patience as she gets accustomed to her new house, family and routine.   With time, love, and understanding, Snowbell will be the most loyal companion you could ask for.  Snowbell is currently in a back kennel so if you come in to meet her and don't see her, please just ask.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 27, 2025, 9:36 am

Story
JACK- 1 Year & 7 Months Jack was recently surrendered by owner due to not getting along with his litter mates and his parents.  The owner states he does well with other dogs that are not related to him, although he has shown resource guarding tendencies so food and toys should be kept separate.  He likes playing with tennis balls and being a goof ball himself. He has never been around children and would not do well with cats.  He enjoys lounging on the couch watching tv with his person, but he can also be energetic and playful like the pup he is.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 6, 2025, 10:17 pm

Story
Koda is a young husky mix looking for his forever family. This sweet gentleman came to us due to no fault of his own & has been very sweet since his arrival. Koda would do best with children 6 and up & he will also require a dog introduction for any resident canines in his future home prior to adoption. Please remember to do any introductions with either people or animals slowly! Again, Koda is a husky mix(they are known to sing & be vocal), so any potential adopter should be mindful, especially if they rent! If you have questions or would like to visit with Koda please speak with kennel staff and they will be happy to help!
