Story
About Stormie Stormie a 1-2 year old Kelpie mix was brought in to us as a stray along with her 3 puppies, she is now ready to start her new life! She is a very playful and active 45 lb dog. She loves to chase toys and balls around the play yard. We suspect she doesn’t see too well, but that doesn’t seem to slow her down! She is looking for a family who can continue her training and help build her confidence. She will need a home with no cats. Considerations No cats 6-foot fence

Story
Sandy is a brave and beautiful girl with a heart of gold, looking for her forever family.  This affectionate and gentle soul has had a challenging past, but remains a loyal and loving companion.  At five years old, Sandy is an adult dog with a wealth of love and laughter to bring to her new family. She is a smart and playful girl who is always up for an adventure, with a playful spirit and a kind nature. Sandy is the perfect blend of energy and calm, always ready for a game but also happy to snuggle up. She is a true athlete, thriving with exercise and mental stimulation, and always eager to please.  Sandy has had a tough time, but her resilience and bravery shine through. She was loved and then trusted to someone who just left her behind, but her gentle spirit remains intact.  Her owner was found, and unable to take her back.  We were able to find out more about her, personality, and skills learned while with the family.  She used to live with a special needs child. She is good with other dogs and has even lived with a special-needs child, showing her adaptability and caring nature. Sandy is a people-oriented dog who thrives on companionship and adores humans. She is a friend to all, with a funny and playful side that will keep you on your toes.   This stunning girl is a Red Nose Siberian Husky, a true beauty with a unique look. She knows her commands, is leash-trained, and has previously worked with a trainer, showing her intelligence and willingness to learn. Sandy is the perfect dog for an active family who understands the breed's needs and can provide a stable, loving home.  Are you ready to open your heart We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Story
Elsa is a gorgeous Husky with a heart full of love and energy to match! This playful girl is incredibly smart, eager to please, and already crate and leash trained. She’s the perfect mix of spirited and obedient—ready to run, play, and then settle in for a car ride (which she loves). Elsa is very people-friendly and thrives on attention and companionship. With her outgoing personality and loyal nature, she’ll make a fantastic addition to an active home that appreciates the intelligence and enthusiasm Huskies bring. If you’re looking for a bright, affectionate, and fun-loving best friend, Elsa is your perfect match. Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2380668##

Story
Meet Gnocchi! This adorable Husky pup is the most playful, kind, and loving girl at the rescue! Gnocchi is full of personality — goofy, energetic, and always ready for fun. She loves every dog she meets and is all about playtime and cuddles. Gnocchi is food-motivated (treats are her #1 love language ), walks nicely on a leash, and is crate trained. She’s the last of our Pasta Litter, and she’s hoping her turn has finally come! Like a true Husky, she can be a little vocal when excited, but unlike her siblings, she doesn’t howl. She’s great with both small and large dogs and adores people. She’s fully vetted, young, and ready for her forever home. While she hasn’t met cats yet, her age and temperament make her a great candidate to adjust well. Gnocchi is looking for an active and loving adopter who’s ready for adventures, snuggles, and plenty of laughs. Not in Texas? No problem! We offer transport to the Pacific Northwest and East Coast.
