I'm not a big fan of being picked up, but I love playing with toys or sitting behind you on the couch and taking a nap. I'm a pro at eating wet and dry food and using my litterbox. I would probably get along well with other pets as long as they are patient with me. As an only kitten, I might need some lessons in how to socialize. Meet Marlon. He is a playful little boy who loves to play with all types of balls, foil balls and plush ones are his favorite. He also loves to chase the balls around the tower. He is like black mink; trust me he will melt your heart. He knows his bedtime and sleeps all night without fussing; he is an absolute dream. You would be surprised at how independent he is, how he can play by himself, he has no problem at all playing alone. After a hard day’s work or working remote, he will be so happy to just see you. It took about 72 hours to come out of hiding after being left at the shelter, but once he did, he is very affectionate! He always approaches us for pets when we visit his room and loves belly rubs! He’s eating wet and dry food, uses the litter box well, and is very quiet. He doesn’t yowl or meow much. He’s fairly sedentary, not a lot of running around, but we’ve gotten him to play with toys once or twice. He loves the cardboard scratchers!
