Pixiebob kittens & cats in De Soto, Missouri

We acquired Joey last year from a friend who decided she wasn’t a cat person! She raised him for 9 months alongside her husky dog. So, he will be 2 years old in December. Joey is not super shy, but awkward in the sense that he seems a little out of place. He’s beautiful, sweet, craves attention but not constantly, and helped us raise a bottle fed kitten by taking the role of a parent. It was precious. We have an older female cat that is extremely bothered by Joey. We have kept them separate for almost this whole year, but are needing to move into a smaller house that doesn’t have extra rooms for that separation. I think the problem is more the older female, as Joey is great with our three year old male orange cat and the male kitten he helped raise. (Lots of pics of their connection if wanted) Joey may have a chicken allergy but not confirmed; so we have fed him single protein wet and dry food just in case. This feels terrible because he really is a good cat.
