Story
Rigby is a sweet, playfully energetic, and human loving 6 year old boy. He is very human focused, likes to play, calm with young children, doesn't mind being held, loves attention, and is food motivated. Rigby can be aggressive with other cats and dominates the food bowls and litter boxes. We acquired Rigby from a foster home years ago and needs a home where he can get plenty of attention.

Story
If you are looking for cats who would lay on your lap and watch some TV and love head and belly rubs, Qand & Barq are the perfect cats! We adopted two tabby cats, Qand with her brother Barq, they are from the same litter. They have been together and are very comfortable with each other. They are 3 years old. We are hoping to find a home that could give Qand and Barq love, time and compassion. They are kind and gentle. They love to be around people and love their owners. Qand is curious, caring and loves a warm lap. Barq is a softie, kind and just loving. Her and her brother are also quite social with any family and guests. They always welcomes guests and love attention from them. They are loving and caring and we are so grateful for the 3 years we were able to share with them. Qand has been with her brother so we’d like them to stay together. They are healthy active cats and we are also open to let them keep their cat tree, water fountain, cat leashes, and any toys we have.

Story
Circe (pronounced SIR-see) is one of five beloved cats searching for a new, loving home after their human recently passed. She is a stunning Tabby who is shy but will seek out your attention. Circe gets along well with other cats and dogs, making her an easy companion in a multi pet home. She’s estimated to be 8 years old. She is spayed, litterbox trained and was kept up to date on her vaccines until her human became ill. Like her siblings, she is incredibly friendly and loves seeking out affection. Circe —and all five of these sweet cats—are hoping to find caring homes where they can feel safe, cherished, and adored. She is part of Mercy Hospice’s Pet Peace of Mind program, honoring the bond between patients and their beloved companions by helping pets find safe, loving homes. Circe is located in North St. Louis County, Missouri.

Story
Frappe is the epitome of a true cat: independent, friendly, and wonderfully unique. At about 8-12 months old, she has already shown her resilient spirit and charming personality. Rescued from a precarious situation, Frappe was abandoned at a house in a dangerous area. The kind people who rescued her couldn’t keep her inside due to allergies, so she lived on their front porch in a dog kennel for a few weeks until we stepped in to find her a forever home where she could truly thrive. Frappe minds her own business but loves to rub up against you and enjoys being petted. While she’s not the biggest fan of other cats, she tolerates them (unless they get too close & try to steal her pets). She is okay with dogs. One of her most endearing traits is her talkative nature; she’s always ready to have a chat with you. Frappe is spayed and fully vaccinated, making her ready to join your family. If you’re looking for a cat who embodies independence yet craves occasional affection, Frappe is the perfect match. She’s friendly, yet self-sufficient, and will bring a touch of feline grace and charm to your home. Give Frappe the loving home she deserves, and she will reward you with her loyalty and unique personality. Contact us at info@rescuemovement.com or text/call 314-324-3273 for an immediate response. We’re on a mission to find loving homes for our cats as soon as possible, so don’t wait too long because they might just get scooped up fast.

Story
We acquired Joey last year from a friend who decided she wasn’t a cat person! She raised him for 9 months alongside her husky dog. So, he will be 2 years old in December. Joey is not super shy, but awkward in the sense that he seems a little out of place. He’s beautiful, sweet, craves attention but not constantly, and helped us raise a bottle fed kitten by taking the role of a parent. It was precious. We have an older female cat that is extremely bothered by Joey. We have kept them separate for almost this whole year, but are needing to move into a smaller house that doesn’t have extra rooms for that separation. I think the problem is more the older female, as Joey is great with our three year old male orange cat and the male kitten he helped raise. (Lots of pics of their connection if wanted) Joey may have a chicken allergy but not confirmed; so we have fed him single protein wet and dry food just in case. This feels terrible because he really is a good cat.
