He always has a look of surprise on his face that makes you wonder what’s going on in that head of his. He’s a big boy, like his brother Tadpole, but more long and lean and less chonky. He can be super shy with strangers but if he knows you, he is super affectionate. He loves to watch birds out the window and will occasionally take a leisurely jog on the cat wheel. Meet Nacho and Pepper! 🐈 If you love the presence of cats but don’t need the shadow following you to the bathroom, Nacho and Pepper are your perfect match. These two ladies are looking for a “Soft Landing” where they can coexist with an experienced foster or patient person. These adult female cats are a bonded pair at The Suffolk Humane Society and are seeking a very specific home. Nacho and Pepper were rescued from a hoarding situation and came into our care over 2 years ago. The other cats transferred into our care from this situation have been placed in loving furever homes. Since coming into our care in July of 2024, they have made great strides! We have thoroughly enjoyed watching their remarkable progress! While they don’t allow us yet to touch them (we’re getting close!) , they have both found interactive toys that they enjoy playing with! Nacho loves her laser pointer and “Churus” and Pepper loves her motion activated interactive hide and seek toys and “Temptations Treats”. Nacho is adorable when she gets the Zoomies!!
