Here's a note from the foster:Peter is an orange sweetheart. He's a little bit shy and often the last to come up to me, but incredibly sweet and loving all the time. He does like to explore and go on little adventures, and is often one of the first out of the room. Peter is really, really sweet, but he may not be the sharpest tool in the shed.
