Story
🐾 Meet Honey 🐾 Honey is a sweet 9-year-old gray tabby weighing 14lbs, she has a gentle, social nature and a soft purr that turns into the cutest little squeak when she’s really happy. It’s impossible not to giggle when you hear it. She’s dog-savvy, but Honey would truly love being the queen of her own castle where she can completely relax and be her true self. She’s friendly, curious, and playful, though she takes a little time to warm up. Once she trusts you, she becomes the cuddliest, funniest lap companion who just wants to be near her person. Honey enjoys going outside when the weather is dry, but her favorite place is right next to you — or better yet, on your lap — purring away. Because she’s a bit slow to trust, she’ll do best with a patient, understanding person who’s willing to give her the time and space to build a beautiful bond. If her future home includes children, she would do best with calm, cat-savvy kids who understand gentle handling and giving her space when she needs it. In return, you’ll gain a deeply loving, loyal little shadow. An adoption fee will apply to ensure a serious, committed home. If you think you might be Honey’s person (or know someone who is), please reach out. Let’s help this special girl find where she belongs. Story
Ivy showed up at our house in Oct 2025. She was 6 months old at the time. She has been spayed. microchipped. and vaccines are up to date. She is very sweet, smart, wants to please, and loves people. She is territorial and does not tolerate other animals. She is living upstairs in our house, separated from our other cats by a tall gate at the top of the stairs. We spend a lot of time with her, but it is a little lonely for her. She needs a forever home were she has the run of a house and can be near her people all of the time. She does not want to go outside - she has chosen to be indoor only. We don't know how she would be with livingroom furniture, but she has good house manners upstairs and listens when told no. She comes with stuff! Cat box, bowls, several cat beds, a new cat tree, a tunnel, and a cat stratcher. She is 1 year old as of April 2026 and will be so happy to have a forever family. Thank you for reading!

Story
Peter and Marsha have been adopted and returned multiple times — through no fault of their own. Each time, they’ve simply needed more patience and understanding than they were given. What they truly deserve is a quiet, loving home where they’re finally allowed to stay and feel safe. Both are shy at first, with Peter being the more outgoing of the duo. Once he feels comfortable, Peter will venture out for gentle scratches and playtime, showing just how sweet he really is. Marsha takes a little longer to trust, but she blossoms beautifully when given time and consistency. They do well with other cats and would thrive in a calm environment with people who are willing to move at their pace and let trust grow naturally. If you’re someone with a soft heart and the patience to give two deserving cats the happy ending they’ve been waiting for, Peter and Marsha are ready to meet you. 💛Please apply to adopt at: http://www.pawsgh.org

Story
Panda may be a little shy in her new environment, but she has been nothing but sweet. We’ve been told she’s a total lovebug, and we don’t think it will take long for her to settle in and show her affectionate side. She has done well with other cats and older kids, though we’re not sure yet how she would do with dogs. With a little time and a gentle home, Panda is sure to blossom into a loving, devoted companion. If you’re looking for a soft, sweet girl who just needs a moment to shine, Panda could be the perfect match. 💛🐾Please apply to adopt at: http://www.pawsgh.org

Story
Our barn cats are independent cats who prefer little to no human interaction and are happiest living in a barn, shop, shed, or similar space. They provide excellent natural rodent control and simply need safe shelter, food, water, and a caregiver who understands their need for space.Barn cats adjust best when adopted in pairs, as they’re more comfortable with a feline friend. If you have a safe outdoor space and are looking for hardworking mousers, our barn cats are ready to help. 💛Please apply to adopt at: http://www.pawsgh.org
