Story
Meet Henry! 🐾 Henry is a friendly, playful puppy with a big personality! He’s the most confident puppy in his litter and is always ready for his next adventure. Henry is a Plott Hound mix. His mom is a Plott Hound, and while Dad is unknown, he may have been a Boxer or Pit Bull-type mix. We estimate he will weigh approximately 45–65 pounds when fully grown. Henry loves to run, play, chase toys, and wrestle with his siblings. He is curious, outgoing, and usually the first to investigate something new. While he enjoys attention and affection, he also has an independent side. He gets along well with other dogs, has been raised around chickens, and is friendly with strangers. Henry uses a dog door, is partially potty trained, and is looking for an active home with a securely fenced yard where he can run, play, and continue exploring the world. If you think Henry could be the perfect addition to your family, please fill out an application to meet him! ❤️🐾

Story
Meet Moose! Moose is a Plott Hound mix with a larger-than-life personality to match her name! Her mom is a Plott Hound, and while Dad is unknown, he may have been a Boxer or Pit Bull-type mix. Based on her size and build, we estimate Moose will weigh approximately 55–65 pounds when fully grown. Moose earned her name because she barrels through life without slowing down. She is the biggest puppy in the litter and has absolutely no awareness of her size. Whether she’s running through the yard, playing with her siblings, or climbing into your lap for cuddles, Moose does everything with enthusiasm. If you’re sitting down, don’t be surprised if she climbs right on top of you—and occasionally steps on your face without realizing it! Moose loves toys, playing ball, chewing on puppy toys, and spending time with her people. She is friendly with strangers, gets along well with other dogs, and has been raised around chickens. She uses a dog door, is partially potty trained, and enjoys following her people around. Because Moose is an active hound mix, she is not suited for apartment living and will do best in a home with a securely fenced yard where she can run, play, and be her happy, goofy self. 🐾 Please fill out an app to meet him!

Story
Hattie, a Plott Hound mix, was born on Easter Sunday and she is ready to find her forever family. She loves playing rough and tough with her foster siblings - but don't let her size fool you, she can hold her own with the big dogs! Her larger than life personality easily makes her the center of attention among dogs and humans alike. She's an active girl and will require a home with a secure yard where she can run, play, and explore! If you're interested in meeting Hattie, please fill out an adoption interest form on our website and the foster will get back to you shortly. Adoption fees and home checks apply.

Story
***The best*** dog ever, Wilbur is READY FOR ADOPTION!!!!!! I'm not joking when I say *the best*. He loves everyone and everything- dogs, cats, kids, adults, elderly... He is crate trained, potty trained.. he should probably be a therapy-dog. Wilbur is maybe a year or so old? He's a young guy with so much love to give. His literal only downfall is that he has hip issues. But, since coming to his foster home, his hips have gotten SO MUCH stronger- you can't even really tell. He runs, he plays, he lives life to the fullest. We will send him home with some joint supplement to keep him on the right path and will assist with his hip-related issues for his entire life. But Wilbur is so absolutely perfect, he deserves to find his furever home! Here's what his foster mamma has to say: "So handsome. His hip is getting so much stronger. No amputation no cancer, just a genetic hip dysplasia issue he'll always have. He's ready for adoption! Super sweet, super submissive, loves EVERYONE [dogs, cats, people, kids], NOT a runner...he actually prefers to be on a leash. The perfect home would have a nice sized yard and, hopefully, another dog around his age [1-4 years] so he can run and play play play. He's Plott hound and pit bull mix. Just a really really good boy. Potty trained, loves his crate, up to date on vaccines, and neutered." If you're interested in meeting Wilbur, please reach out to us. I guarantee you're going to fall in love!
