Story
Paxton is a 5 year old male, he will be 6 years old April 10 2026. He loves to play, he loves attention. Needs to be in, kid/baby free home. He’s never been around cats, used to have another dog who passed away a few years ago got along good, so he might do okay with other dogs, but might be best only dog and only pet in home. He loves his dog treats and toys, loves tennis balls. He’s a good dog. I have a 2 year old daughter who he does get jealous of the attention she gets, also we are moving this spring and the apartment does not allow dogs. Hoping someone who is willing to spend time with him, let him sleep inside on the couch or floor. He needs a little bit of training, and would need a harness until he gets used to leash walking. If you have a fenced in backyard that would be best. Hoping Paxton can find his forever home, sad to have to rehome him, but apartment won’t allow dogs. Thank you!!!

Story
Trixie was one of 6 puppies found by the side of the road with their malnourished mom, Tilley. Unfortunately 2 of the babies passed away but Tilley and her other 3 daughters (Tess, Trixie, & Tula) and 1 son (Toby) - were brought to a vet and taken into rescue where they thrived. Tilley was a great Mom to her puppies and has already been spayed and found a new family to love her. Trixie is happy, friendly and playful girl. She is good with people and other dogs. We do not know her thoughts about cats. Trixie is about 4 months old and 23 pounds. Please help Trixie find the loving home she deserves. ***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.*** We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
