Meet Junior! He is as sweet as can be! He loves people, kids and dogs. While in the shelter, he was also friendly with cats. This boy is excited to meet anyone! Overall, Junior seems to be a pretty mellow puppy who really enjoys chewing on bones, exploring and snuggling. He is doing a great job going potty outside and is learning to use his crate for resting and nighttime. He is vocal for a few minutes and then quickly settles himself down. At 10 weeks old and he 15 Ibs he seems like he may be a medium sized dog. His breed is unknown but best guess is plott hound mixed with smaller breed (s). Junior will need a family who can offer patience, consistency and commitment while he is learning all of the good-boy behaviors. In return he will give unconditional love and so many smiles! He was found standing in the middle of a country road at dusk. Clearly he was lost – what if someone was missing him? His foster mom stopped and got out of the car and Lloyd walked right up to her with a wagging tail. They searched for his owner, but no one came forward for him. Did something happen to his beloved family? Did they decide they no longer wanted him and cast him aside? We can only guess, but what we do know is that Lloyd doesn’t hold a grudge. He is the sweetest boy around!Lloyed loves to be outside going for a hike, playing in the backyard, or wrestling with his doggy pals. When it’s time to chill, he is an expert snuggler! This handsome dude is the best of both worlds. He’s house trained, crate trained, walks on a leash, and does well in the car. This is an extremely difficult decision, but due to changes in my current circumstances, I am looking for the right new home for him.Between starting a new job soon with very different hours than I am currently working, caring for my elderly parents, raising a busy teenager and keeping up with her activities, I simply don’t have the time Leo deserves. Dumped in the deep woods by some lowlife with another little dog, she was very lucky to be found. She’s great with other dogs, loves people, and has been around older children, she doesn’t jump up, and has an energy level of about 7/10 with a bit of couch potato thrown in too. She’s also house trained.

Milo looks like someone shrunk a hound down to a much more convenient size. At around 18 months old and only 30 lbs, he has the classic hound look without the classic hound volume. Milo isn't a loud or particularly vocal dog. He is incredibly sweet, easygoing, and low maintenance. Milo has a naturally submissive personality with other dogs and gets along great with them. He's also great with cats, making him an easy addition to a home with other animals. Milo is a chill little guy who doesn't need constant activity or entertainment to be happy.
