Adopt Tigger! 🐾 Tigger is a 10-month-old sweetheart who lives life with enthusiasm and love. She is incredibly affectionate with people and thrives on attention—especially when it comes in the form of belly rubs and cuddle time. After a good play session, she’s more than happy to settle in close and soak up all the affection you’ll give her. Tigger absolutely loves other dogs, big and small. She’s playful, energetic, and wonderfully respectful of boundaries, making her an excellent candidate for a home with a canine companion, which we believe would be ideal for her. Because of her gentle and appropriate play style, we also feel she would do great in a home with children 12 and up. At only 30lbs, this pint-sized girl is ready for humans of her own to love. As she’s settled into foster care, Tigger has shown she does have a prey drive and tends to chase cats, so she will need a cat-free home. She is heartworm negative and currently working on potty training and kennel training. She has become a bit more vocal in her kennel, especially when she sees other dogs running around, but she continues to make progress. She is not mouthy and doesn’t jump much, except during playful moments. Tigger is looking for an active, loving home that will continue her training, keep her engaged, and give her the companionship she thrives on. Hi! My name is Jekyll and I'm an energetic puppy who's looking for an adventure buddy. I love running around outside and playing fetch with one of my many tennis balls. I just know there’s so much of the great outdoors left to explore! I love other dogs and cats but I don't think they like me as much as I like them. I'm just so excited to see them! And I want to play! Playing is my favorite. When I’m not playing fetch or being chased around the yard, I have lots of toys and I’m always up for a game of tug-of-war. I'm still trying to figure out what I am and am not allowed to put my mouth on, but I'm learning! My foster mom says I'm in my "terrible twos," but I'm not even one yet so I don't know WHAT she's talking about. I mean, I'm practically a champion walker! I walked all crazy ziggy-zaggy at first but now walks with me are a breeze. I never have potty accidents, and I also know how to sit, lay down, wait, and leave it. Waiting is really hard because everything is so exciting, but I'll do it because I want to make you happy. I need lots of exercise to get my wiggles out so it would be great if my forever family liked to do fun stuff outside a lot. My foster family found me near their house where I was trying to play with cars(they do not play nicely) so I'm happy that I'm safe and sound now. What do you say, can I be your adventure buddy? From the moment you meet her, Kira’s gentle spirit shines through. She’ll often greet you by calmly sitting at her kennel door, ready to head out for an adventure. She has a low to medium energy level overall, but when the squeaky toys come out, it’s game on! She loves to zoom around, toss them in the air, and entertain herself with the silliest of play sessions. She has tons of fun doing it, and while she does like to keep her toys and continue the party, she’s happy to trade for a treat when playtime is over. Kira had originally came into the shelter injured, limping on one of her legs. But you wouldn’t be able to tell that now! She’s since healed up beautifully and walks and runs just fine. She already knows how to sit for a treat and takes them gently from your hand. Kira also loves attention and being pet, and she’ll rotate and lean into you to make sure you’re getting all the best scratch spots. She truly enjoys being close to people, and has done well around children in a previous foster home. She would need to be the only dog in the household though, as she’s not her best self around other dogs.If you’re looking for a sweet, playful girl, Kira is ready to meet you.
