At 9 months old and 8 pounds, Ruby Sue is an adorable pup with the perfect combination of playful energy and soft, snuggly sweetness. She’s fully house-trained, loves her treats, and has mastered the art of being both silly and polite. Ruby Sue lives with other large dogs and fits right in, making her an excellent companion for a household with canine friends. At bedtime, she knows exactly what she wants — she’ll happily curl up in her kennel rather than share the bed (even though she loves her people!). One of her cutest quirks? She steals slippers whenever she gets the chance… but never chews them! It’s all part of her charm. Like any curious pup, she loves to pick up sticks from the yard and proudly try to bring them inside, but she’s a smart girl who responds beautifully to “drop it.” Ruby Sue is a playful pup, a cuddle bug, and a total joy to have around. She was found near a high school the night before Halloween — shivering in the cold — and once rescued, she immediately showed she was destined to be someone’s beloved companion.  This girl is pure sunshine . Outgoing, social, and full of confidence, Sophia has been the perfect little cheerleader for shyer foster pups . She plays wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and even gets along with the resident cat . When guests arrive, she’s the first to greet them with her happy tail wag and “welcome!” energy . Sophia is also a world-class snuggler . She loves curling up on the couch or cuddling in bed and gives affection freely and generously. She’s great on leash ‍, has the stamina for long walks, and is the perfect size for families with kids or active adopters who want a small but sturdy adventure buddy . And she is house trained too!
