Story
Meet Odin, a super sweet ~2 year old neutered male chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, weighing about 12 lbs!  This cutie can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and is a little love. He is good with other dogs, cats, people, and kids. He is medically up to date, mostly housebroken (expect accidents first few days while adjusting to a new home/routine), and crate trained. Apply to meet Odin today!  Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2654026##

Story
Meet Moochie, a super cute ~3-4 year old neutered male long haired chihuahua mix, weighing about 10 lbs! This sweet, spunky boy is what we affectionately refer to as a "spicy quesadilla" . He is a TOTAL love once you have earned his trust and he deems you as safe, but he does take a little bit to warm up to new people. He is not a fan of strangers invading his personal space or moving too fast for him, so he does best if you let him come to you on his own terms - kind of like a cat! Moochie does not enjoy kids and he got nippy with the young kids in his previous home (we think they were manhandling him), so no kiddos for this guy. He would do best in a quiet, calm adult only home. Chihuahua experience is a plus, since he has a "typical chi" personality (IYKYK!)   He does well with other small dogs and cats, and he enjoys playing with his doggo foster brother! He has not been around larger dogs, so we are unsure how he would do with them.  He is medically up to date, housebroken (expect accidents the first few days while adjusting to a new home/routine), and crate trained. Apply to meet this adorable little guy today! Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable.
