Once I've had the chance to become acquainted with you, I'll become your affectionate companion. I tend to select one person to be my closest friend, although I must admit I can be somewhat protective. However, with proper training and patience, I'm willing to improve in this area. Initially, I may appear a bit timid when I first arrive home, but given time and a generous supply of treats, I'll gradually open up on my own terms. I'm presently undergoing potty training, and I'm content in a kennel when you're away from home. Nonetheless, I have a preference for sleeping in your bed. Once I've established a best friend, I'll be insatiable for your attention. Playing with toys is one of my favorite pastimes, and I'd be thrilled to engage in a game of fetch with you. While I enjoy giving kisses, I can become a bit mouthy and engage in playful biting when I'm overly excited. However, with your patience and guidance, I can certainly improve in this area. It might be best for me to be the sole dog in the household until my protectiveness is resolved. Additionally, I believe I'd be more comfortable in a home without children, as I'm uncertain about how I feel around them at the moment.
