My husband and I rescued him thinking he was a smaller breed for our daughter. Once we saw him we feel in love with him in spite of him being a big boy. However two yrs later I can no longer keep him, my husband and I are separated. I can not take care of him as he deserves by myself. It hurts my heart to have to do this, financially and time wise I just can't do it. He needs a family that has the time to take with him the way he deserves. He is not mean or aggressive, just over excited and licknips . I'm sure with the right training he will be the best dog ever. He had his yearly vaccines and exam (01/23/2026), heartworm prevention is due on the 17th, I have it for this month. Over all temperament is good. He loves to run outside and loves to play in the water filled ditches. He loves ice bobbing as well. We put ice in his water bowl in hot months. The 20th is my last day I can hold him, he will go back to the shelter and I really don't want that. Please give him a forever home.

She came in with her sister, Biscotti, who has already been adopted - and now we would love nothing more than to see Caramel Freckles get her turn too.At our adoption event, this girl made our hearts melt even more. She would press herself right up against the kennel just to soak up love from every family that passed by - kids, parents, everybody.
