From death row in a Florida shelter to a second chance at life in Maine, Marilyn's story is just beginning!
Marilyn is an adorable 5-month-old Pointer mix who was found as a stray and ended up in a shelter where her future was uncertain. With her time running out, this sweet girl was given the second chance she deserved, and now she's ready to find a family to call her own!
And if there's one thing you should know about Marilyn, it's that this girl LOVES life! ❤️
Marilyn is quite possibly the happiest puppy you'll ever meet! She's confident, outgoing, playful, and full of personality. She approaches every new experience with enthusiasm and has a way of making everyone around her smile.
She absolutely LOVES other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine companion to romp around with! She's also wonderful with children and does well with cats, making her a fantastic candidate for a variety of family environments.
Whether she's chasing toys, wrestling with her doggy friends, exploring her surroundings, or simply enjoying being part of the action, Marilyn is always ready for whatever adventure comes her way!
Like any young puppy, Marilyn is still learning the ropes! She's currently working on crate training and housebreaking and will need a family committed to continuing her training, providing consistency, and helping her grow into a well-mannered adult dog.
What makes Marilyn so special is her incredible outlook on life. Despite everything she's been through, she's remained a happy, confident little girl who seems to believe every day is the best day ever.
