Pepper came from a very difficult situation, was found as a young pup and was in a situation where she didn't get the attention she so deserved. She has blossomed into a terrific pup. She is very smart and enjoys tracking animals. Her breed drives her to bark and be heard and howl, but she is not obnoxious. She loves to play outdoors, but will come in to eat and sleep and interact with the family. She protects her sister as she was also found all alone as well. She wears a collar and will allow you to put a leash on, but still training on going for a walk. She loves balls, she will run and fetch so now her foster is working on her returning the balls!! She’s a very good size, very healthy and a lot of fun. Still shy at times and unsure of strangers and kids but with patience, she will be your forever friend! Located in North Texas. Transport available and included in fee

Poppy has come so far with her socialization. She is no longer shy and scared. She is a willing participant in everything and with everyone in the family. Her energy has mellowed and she is a smart, active and loving dog. She is a big lap dog, her favorite thing to do is snuggle. She gets along with all dogs and her best friend is a cat. She is very clever, and tracks and hunts, but she is very afraid of loud noises and loud engines. Hunting is probably not the job for her. Located in North Texas, Transport availble and fee included

**Meet Oreo!** Oreo is a delightful pointer mix, about three years old, and she’s on the lookout for her furever home! This big sweetheart is the ultimate cuddler, often found nestled on your lap while you work, and she has a playful spirit that will keep you entertained for hours. Just take a look at those adorable spotted paws—she truly is a lady! Oreo thrives on daily adventures and does best with a long walk or training session to keep her happy and engaged. She knows basic commands like sit, paw, leave it, and stay, and she's eager to learn even more! While she’s house trained, she’s still perfecting her recall and leash walking skills. With your patience and time, there's no limit to what this smart girl can achieve! She needs a securely fenced yard since she loves to run. Oreo enjoys spending time at the barn and is comfortable around horses and other barn animals. However, she would do best in a one-pet home. Additionally, she might not be the best fit for families with little kids due to her playful nature. Help us find Oreo the loving home she deserves! Share her story and let’s get her on the path to her best life! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH.
