Meet Kip! This beautiful boy was being surrendered to a high kill shelter in a cardboard box. A good samaritan intercepted him and sought out a rescue for him. Kip was with one of our rescue partners in a foster home in CA for months with no interest, so we brought him up to Oregon hoping for better luck at finding a forever family. Kip is a happy, well adjusted, social, outgoing puppy! He is dog friendly, kid friendly, intellegent and athletic. He is going to make a great companion for an active family. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates! If you would like to be considered as Kip's forever home, be sure to submit an adoption application on our website! Adoption fee includes; spay/neuter, microchip, microchip registration, dewormer, fecal testing, flea/tick prevention and age-appropriate vaccines. Kip would do great in a home with...Cats : Yep! Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty.
