🌼🐾 Rhonda: Professional Grass Roller & Truck Patrol Officer 🐾🌼Meet Rhonda, a 3-year-old Labrador/Pointer mix weighing in at 60 lbs of joy, curiosity, and mild suspicion of passing trucks. Rhonda loves the simple pleasures in life: rolling dramatically in the grass, carrying her favorite toys around like prized possessions, and enjoying long walks where she can take in all the smells. She enjoys other dogs but prefers friends who don’t treat playtime like a full-contact sport. And trucks? In Rhonda’s world, they are clearly up to no good and must be supervised closely.Rhonda is:✨ A grass-rolling enthusiast✨ Toy lover and walk aficionado✨ Good with dogs, especially calmer playmates✨ Alert and dedicated member of the Neighborhood Truck Watch✨ Sweet, thoughtful, and full of personality at 60 lbsRhonda’s goofy charm and gentle spirit make her a delightful companion for a home that appreciates both playtime and peaceful moments.📲 Come meet the girl keeping your streets safe from suspicious vehicles.Call or text Lisa at 865-310-2599 or apply on our website today.

Story
This beautiful English Pointer is a 1-year-old hike-loving, adventure-seeking tornado of fun! She’s athletic, spirited, and always up for anything. If you’re looking for a dog who can keep up with an active lifestyle, Freckles might be your perfect match. Freckles adores running, exploring, and entertaining herself with toys—she’s happiest when she has space to move and something to do. While she’s affectionate and enjoys people, her young age means playtime and discovery are top priorities right now. She’s friendly with everyone she meets and would thrive with adults or school-aged kids who can appreciate (and manage!) her enthusiasm. Freckles can enjoy canine companionship, but she’s a bit dog-selective and sometimes comes on strong when she wants to play. With the right dog and proper introductions, she can have a blast—but she’d also be perfectly content being your one-and-only adventure buddy. This energetic, joyful pup is looking for a home that will embrace her lively personality, provide plenty of exercise, and help her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be. Ready to keep up with Freckles? She’s ready to run straight into your heart.

Buddy is a handsome German Shorthaired Pointer / Bluetick Hound mix with a curious spirit and endless enthusiasm for adventure. He is smart, energetic, and absolutely loves to run and explore. One of his favorite things to do is hunt for rabbits and follow interesting scents, so he would thrive in a home with plenty of room to stretch his legs.Buddy is potty trained and does best with an active family that can give him lots of exercise, attention, and love. He is very affectionate and enjoys being around people, but he is not suited for a home with cats.

Story
Wilder is one of the most lovable boys; he has been at the shelter since he was a pup of 3 months old. He doesn’t get much interest and we have no clue why. He's beautiful and so sweet. Wilder would excel with an active family or family who hikes. Wilder would do best with older children. He is good with dogs and cats! Don’t forget to check out this sweet boy on our website at HSNWGA.orgTo adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Due to the high volume of applications received, our Adoption Coordinator will only contact the applicant that best meets the needs of the pet.

Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.
