LUCKILY, the fates (and some awesome rescue folks) aligned and saved me from certain death and brought me to a safe place where I can find a REAL family and a REAL home. Let me tell you about myself, I am cute, happy, loving, nervous at times, but have the long legs of a pointer! I have lots of energy for running, jumping and playing and I have the handsome chiseled jaw that most actors would love to have! Now if you need a great looking chap, look my way!!! Beto and Pantera are two great dogs who need their forever home. They showed up at our rental in Costa Rica homeless and starving. We have been fostering them. They are now very healthy, happy and loving dogs. There are so many homeless dogs in Costa Rica that no one could take them. We took them with us. We are in Tennessee. We are willing to drive anywhere. We must travel to England for six months at a time beginning in August and can’t continue fostering them. Beto is about 6 years old, male, a 45-pound Pointer. Pantera is about 6, female, a 25-pound Dachshund mix. They are spayed, neutered and up to date with shots. Beto and Pantera are very friendly and loving with adults and kids. Kids ADORE Beto and Pantera and they ADORE kids. They are house trained, always 100% respectful of property, love riding in the car, walk well on a leash. Beto and Pantera are wonderful dogs who need and deserve to have their loving forever home. Thank you!

Story
I've made the difficult decision to start looking for a new home for my pup Maggie. I got Maggie when she was 8 weeks old (March 2021,) and she's an awesome 4.5 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. I got her in Arkansas where I was living, and where I grew up with GSP's. She is a really amazing dog - loving, goofy, smart, driven, energetic and a bit velcro-y. I recently accepted a job where I'll be traveling 4 days a week, and have spent the last 2 years with Maggie in an apartment. When I got her I had land in Arkansas, and ever since I've carried some guilt that she doesn't have enough room to run and play. I'm looking for a person or family who understands GSP's and their needs and has the time and space for her to be happy. Even better if she goes to a family - she loves kids and gets along well with other dogs, and she'd be a jolt of energy and sunshine for any family that is looking for it.
