Introducing Gatsby! We don’t know how long sweet has been living on the streets, but we are so g lad he is finally safe with us. Gatsby is such a calm, gentle soul who we know will come out of his shell soon. We got him all caught up on his vaccines, medicated shampoo for his skin, and started on heartworm prevention. He’s currently with our amazing boarding partners, but we would love for this sweet boy to be in a foster or forever home. He’s incredibly trusting despite never knowing the love of humans. The vets estimated Gatsby to be around 5-6 years old. Scouts Honor provides all resources needed to foster — supplies, food, medication, vet visits etc. please consider opening your home for the holidays for Gatsby! We know he would be so appreciative. I hope you’re having a wonderful day! I wanted to introduce myself to you. I have heard that there may be a human out there that would like me to join their family! I am Alvie and my foster mama says I am adorable, cuddly and smart. I don’t know what any of those words mean but I do know that I am hungry and like to play! Currently, I have paws that are just slightly too big for my body and a tail that wags all the time. I love typical puppy things like running, squeaking toys, and giving nose licks to anyone that holds me. I am the perfect mix of playful energy and sweet snuggles. Hello everybody! Allow me to introduce myself. I am Augie the puppy. I’ve been working really hard lately at puppy things. Things like sleeping, bouncing around, eating kibble, and giving kisses. I am hearing that I am perfection at all of those things. I have very nice coloring if I do say so myself. I am a white dog, but I have lots of black splotchy polka dotties on myself. I am hearing people say that they are very cute. I am sure everyone is right. I am working with my foster mama on being a good boy and sitting when I am told to sit. I am smart and I’m doing well at this! I would really love to meet you, so make sure you get an application in so that you can meet me too! Dorothy is truly is an easy going pup & I feel she’d make a great apartment or house pup! She loves her cuddles, she spins when she is excited, eager to put her harness and leash on & walks so well! She loves wearing clothes, in fact she seemed to want me to put her sweater on after seeing me put one on my own dog ~ it was so cute. She has picked up tricks such as sit, paw, & off. We are working on “down” for lay down and stay! She is dog and cat friendly. As far as new people goes, if they approach kindly and offer her a treat she calmly approaches them and if she sees me hug them all her guards go down; she feels the new person is trustworthy I believe. I haven’t had any issues with her meeting children; they were young (8 & 10) smart kids ~ understanding they should not tug or yell around a new pup so she settled quickly around them. She is kennel trained as well, she’ll whine for a few minutes after placing her in the kennel but quiets down pretty quickly.
