Meet Barney! Barney is a distinguished senior gentleman who has officially traded toys for "The Simple Life." He doesn't care for bouncy balls or squeaky rubber chickens—he’s far too sophisticated for that. Instead, he specializes in: The Post-Poop Zoom: A rare, majestic burst of energy that proves he’s still got it. Aggressive Napping: Usually in a sunbeam or, ideally, directly on your lap. The "Sniff-ari": He enjoys walks, but he’s not training for a marathon. He’s there to read every "p-mail" on every blade of grass. He’s a "Velcro pup" who wants to be wherever you are. Barney is a social guy and gets along great with the whole crew—dogs, cats, and even smaller critters! While he’s happy to share his home with other furry friends, his true heart belongs to his humans, and he’ll always be the first in line for a lap session. While he’s a bit shy with strangers, once he knows you’re his person (and that you have the "good" wet food), he’s your shadow for life. If you have a quiet home, a sunny spot on the floor, and a lap that needs filling, Barney is ready to retire with you. This 7-year-old white Chihuahua mix has one simple love language: you. Make eye contact for even a second and his tail launches into a wag that simply never stops. He'll flash you a smile, flip over for a belly rub, and park himself against your leg like he was always meant to be there. Benny is fully potty and crate trained, happily trotting in for a treat like the good boy he is. He sleeps soundly in his crate but would be over the moon snoozing beside a human. Fair warning — he's a little snorer, and the tiny rumbles will make you laugh every time. He's treat-motivated to his core (that bag rustles and he's already sitting), eats well, and loves a little company at mealtime. On walks he's a joy — leash running, greeting neighbors, soaking up every pet that comes his way. He can be a little shy with men and prefers a gentle arm to hold him through elevator rides, but warms up beautifully with patience. Benny doesn't need much. Bubbles is truly one of a kind. She's got a signature look and a personality to match her one of a kind eyebrows - She’s playful, quirky, and enthusiastic. Bubbles loves to follow you around the house. This queen can be nervous, especially at first. and needs a patient home who can help her feel safe. Once she settles in, Bubbles is a very sweet, and loyal gal. She may be considered a senior, but Bubbles is active and enthusiastic, especially when it comes to play time! She loves toys and equally loves curling up on the couch to watch tv. She is potty trained and crate trained. She seems to prefer wet food (will not even dignify kibble with a sniff) and a quieter home (so no young kids). She is learning to feel safe and working on her social skills. Treats, toys, and blankets help her relax and she takes a minute to warm up to new people. This little star would do best with an adopter that is committed to continuing her socialization and helping her feel safe and calm.
