Story
Hi, I'm Baz! Quiet courage looks a lot like learning to trust the world one small step at a time. I am a seven-year-old guy who had a rough start in life, and because of that, I move slowly with new people. I am not the run up and kiss your face type. I am the watch you quietly, decide you seem safe, and then gradually let my guard down kind of dog. And when I choose to trust you, it truly means something. I need a person who understands dog behavior and believes that patience is not a weakness but a gift. Giving me space, allowing me to make choices, and letting trust grow at my pace is how you win my heart. Once I feel safe, I am incredibly smart and enjoy continuing my training using positive reinforcement. Learning together builds my confidence and strengthens our bond. And I do bond strong. Because I am a small guy at just 30 pounds, it is especially important that I am treated with the same respect you would give a larger dog. Sometimes people pick up little dogs without warning, crowd them, or push past their comfort level in ways they would never do with a big dog. I need a family who understands that my size does not mean I am automatically comfortable with everything. I deserve the same boundaries, consideration, and thoughtful handling as any dog. I am crate trained and find real comfort in routine. One of my favorite things in the world is curling up in my blankets and enjoying quiet time. Those peaceful moments are where I feel most secure. I would do best in a home with a single adult, low traffic home, who understands boundaries and can respect my need for space. I do best as the only pet and would be happiest in a home without other dogs or cats. If you are someone who finds joy in small victories, believes in meeting dogs where they are, and wants to be the person who shows a gentle soul that life can be safe and kind, then I might just be your match. I weigh 30 pounds and my adoption fee is $295 and I am neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Apply to meet Baz today!

Story
Meet sweet senior Alfie 💛 At 13 years old and just 9 pounds, Alfie is a gentle little Chihuahua mix looking for a soft place to land after losing the person he loved. Despite all the changes in his world, Alfie still has so much love left to give and is hoping to find a calm, comforting home where he can be someone’s loyal companion once again. Alfie is friendly with dogs, cats, and kids, though he’s naturally a bit shy and reserved when meeting new people. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality starts to shine through. He would do best in a lower-energy home where he can settle in at his own pace, enjoy cozy naps, cuddle up beside his person, and simply feel loved and secure. This precious senior boy doesn’t ask for much — just kindness, patience, a warm bed, and someone to love him through his golden years. In return, Alfie will offer quiet companionship and unconditional love. If you’re looking for a gentle best friend with a big heart, Alfie may be the perfect match for you. His adoption fee is $295 and he's neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Apply to meet Alfie today! 🐾

Story
Scruffy, fluffy, and slick-haired puppies—oh my! This adorable litter truly has a little bit of everything when it comes to looks and personality. With a petite 13 lb mom and what we believe may be two dads (both under 25 lbs), these pups are expected to stay on the smaller side—but big on love! They’re the perfect mix of playful and snuggly. Whether it’s zooming around with their favorite toys, proudly carrying around their beloved stuffies, or climbing into your lap for cuddles and kisses, they’re always ready to bring joy to your day. Because of their unique coats, these pups will need regular, lifelong grooming to keep them looking and feeling their best—but in return, you’ll have minimal shedding and maximum cuteness! If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion with a little extra style, one of these sweet pups might be your perfect match. Local adoption fee is $350(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $650 (includes transport to your area)
