Ovie is living in a foster home near Ashippun, Wisconsin. Ovie is a very petite toy Chihuahua who has just arrived in his foster home after being locally surrendered for not getting along with the resident cats. This tiny guy is smart, and a cuddle lover who happily curls up in any warm, safe spot he can burrow into. He also has a playful side and enjoys a good game of fetch, along with soaking up the sun and sunbathing whenever the weather is warm. Due to his small size, he would prefer a home with children over the age of 12. Paddy's Paws is having Ovie head to the vet to confirm he is up-to-date on everything and he is healthy and ready for his forever home. Interested in adoption? Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
