Hi there, I'm Wanda! My friends and I were rescued from a puppy mill situation over in Kansas, and we found ourselves in the care of Big Dog Ranch Rescue to find our furever homes. I am a bit on the shy side, so I will need a calm and patient home environment to help me come out of my shell. Coming from a puppy mill, I really could use some help learning how to be a dog. Due to me being unsure of this new life, I would probably do best in a home with adults only. If you give me a chance, I promise with time and patience I will be a good dog. :)

They may not be Shih Tzus, but Doris and Gracie are just as cuddly, sweet, and adorable as any little Shih Tzu girls we’ve known. These happy, spirited little girls are wonderful, friendly, affectionate cuties, who have been passed on for our Shih Tzus for almost 2 years. Doris and Gracie will spend endless time loving you, giving little kisses, and snuggling in your lap. They are easy going, get along beautifully, and also get along well with other nice, little dogs. They have silly, playful sides, and enjoy belly rubs. Being with them is absolutely heavenly.             Doris and Gracie are Pomeranians. Doris is the darker color, about 6 years old and 8 pounds. Gracie is the lighter color, about 3 1/2 years old and 6 pounds. They have not yet learned to walk on leashes, so their new home should have a fenced yard.  Won’t you consider adopting this amazing pair and put in an application today.  Please watch the video at the end of the photos to see Doris and Gracie exuding love and sweetness, and playing with their sisters Dana and Annie Mae. Dana and Annie Mae are just as fantastic in personality as they are in their beauty. They are a bonded pair who love each other dearly, and who get along and play together just beautifully. Dana and Annie Mae are happy, fun, spirited little girls, who make every day delightful and brighter. They have silly, playful sides, and Annie Mae plays cutely with toys. They are cuddly, and super sweet and friendly. Dana gives wonderful little kisses and enjoys belly rubs. Spending time with these girls is pure joy and truly heartwarming.             Dana is the smaller, lighter color girl. She is a Pomeranian, about 4 1/2 years old and 9 pounds. Annie Mae is a Shih Tzu/Pomeranian mix, about 3 1/2 years old and 10 pounds. They have not yet learned to walk on leashes, so their new home should have a fenced yard. They get along well with other nice, little dogs. Dana and Annie Mae have been at the rescue about 2 years, getting passed on for our Shih Tzus time and time again. Story
Bear is a 6-year-old Pomeranian rescued from a rural shelter and he currently lives in a foster home with other little dogs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations but he is heartworm positive and is currently going thru slow treatment due to his size. Treatment is a once-a month heartgard med and we are able to provide the med until he is cleared. No hard play for him but little walks and roaming in the back yard are great. Bear is very laid-back and independent. He does not need to be groomed as he has fairly short hair but he is combed daily. He is good with other dogs. He has improved tremendously but he still has accidents in the house and sometimes wears a diaper. An all-adult quiet and patient family would be perfect for this charming little guy. We are located in Palm City, FL and we'll accept only local applications (Martin, St Lucie, North Palm Beach) as he must finish his Heartworm treatment with his vet in Stuart (all paid by the rescue)
