He needs cherry eye surgery, which will be done prior to adoption. Also, he was so terrified in the scary shelter environment that he couldn’t safely be handled. And once Jake was out of the shelter? Completely different dog! 🥹 Friendly, happy, loving, and SO thankful to be safe! 🎉🎉🎉 🐕 Male Pomchi 🎂 2 years old ⚖️ 13 lbs 🐈 Great with cats 💚 All GDR dogs are fully vetted, neutered/spayed, and microchipped prior to adoption. Meet Holly!  This little ball of fluff is an energetic little girl.  She loves to be held or sit on your lap, but she also loves to go for walks and play.   Holly is 3 years old, about 9 pounds and is already spayed.  She has a stereotypical Pomeranian personality, and needs a person familiar with the breed who will initially work with a trainer to help Holly be her best.  Holly is pee pad trained.   Holly is in Chesed Rescue's Direct from Owner Program.  This means that Chesed Rescue will accept applications for Holly, background and vet check them to find an appropriate adopter, and then introduce them to Holly's current human.  Holly will be adopted directly from her current home.  There are no charges for this adoption (though donations to Chesed Rescue are always appreciated), but the adopter will be required to bring Holly up to date on her vaccines and work with a trainer of their choice.  Applications for Holly are available at www.chesed-rescue.org/adoptions.September 11, 2026, 4:21 pm
