Story
Meet Sprout! He is an adorable Pomeranian mix (we guess Pomeranian/Chihuahua AKA PomChi). He is around 1 year old and weighs 8 pounds. This sweet boy was found abandoned in a carrier at a gas station in southwest Atlanta. 💔😢 He was taken to a local shelter and from there Tiny Paws was able to step in and get him into a loving foster home. 🏠 Though he may have had a rough start, Sprout is still a loving little dog. He’s a true lap dog who loves snuggles and being close to his person. He enjoys toys and will entertain himself, though he’s more of a people-dog than a play-with-other-dogs kind of guy. He tolerates other dogs in his foster home well, but prefers not to engage in play. He can be a little anxious at times, but luckily does not experience separation anxiety. Sprout is quiet and content in his crate and doesn’t make a peep. To make this adorable little boy even better, he is perfectly house trained, making him an easy addition to the right home. Sprout would be happiest and feel safest in an adult-only home. In return, you’ll get a loyal, affectionate companion who just wants to be loved the way he has always deserved. ❤️ ******************** Sprout’s adoption fee is $500. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Preference is given to applicants located within the metro Atlanta area. Applications from outside this area may be considered under certain circumstances. Please note that non-local applications will be reviewed only after all local applications have been thoroughly evaluated. Please read this bio in its entirety and then fill out our application, DO NOT FILL OUT AN INQUIRY. The application may be found by clicking on Adoption Policy at the bottom of this page, then the button called ADOPTION APPLICATION. It may also be found by following the link to our website.
