Story
*This dog is fostered in the Hamilton area*Apply to adopt at rebeldogrescue.com*All adoptions with Rebel Dog Rescue have a 15 day probation period. Read about our adoption process on our website. She is a sweet 3-5 year old brown with some black Pomeranian mix who weighs 12lbs. When Juliette meets new people she is a tad shy and takes time to warm up. She needs time to gain trust and feel comfortable in her surroundings. Then she would just love to snuggle with her person - she really loves her people! She was rescued from a hoarding situation where she and 7 other Pom mixes were left in a garage without walks or other basic TLC - and every day she comes out of her sweet shell a bit more. She enjoys the company of other dogs but definitely prefers people (once she warms up). We are not sure about cats. She would have to meet them and we do not have any at the ranch where she is - she does not have much prey drive though. She does very well in a crat and we are watching how she does in the house - so far no messes. She does need a potty schedule to set her up for success as she doesnt bark or go to the door when she has to go. She needs work with leash walking but she does her best, and is ok to be carried but can be squirmy if she is afraid. She does love to snuggle in blankets and in a bed. She needs the right family to accept her and show her affection and a good life. We have not seen her interact with young kids and we would not recommend a home with them as she is still a little timid and we don't want her overwhelmed. A calm home where people have patience and lots of love to give would be perfect for her.Name: JulietteBreed: Pomeranian mix Age: ~3+ years Weight: ~13lbSex: Female, spayedColour: Brown/blackMedical: No concerns; will need a dental as she ages Good with with men and woman: Yes, but shy and takes time to warm up Good with kids: 12+ Good with dogs: Yes, happy to be around/co-exist with other dogsGood with Cats: Unknown, but suspect yes with proper intros Crate training: Yes, settles quickly and quietlyHouse trained: Yes, has been great with a routine Resource Guarding: None seenWalks on a leash: No, needs training Energy level - Low. Story
QUICK FACTS Name: Chester Age: Estimated to be 5-6 years old Gender: Male (Neutered) Breed: Pomeranian, spitz mix Color: Cream, Beige Weight: 5.38kg / 12lbs Microchipped, Fully Vaccinated Up to Date, Dewormed   MY RESCUE STORY I was rescued from a city pound after being placed on the euthanasia list—not because of anything I did, but simply because there were too many dogs and not enough space or resources to care for us all. Despite that frightening start, I’ve held onto my sweet, gentle spirit. Now I’m just hoping for a family who will give me the love, safety, and second chance I’ve been waiting for.   MY HEALTH Neutered & Currently no known health issues All vaccinations up-to-date Received patellar luxation surgery on both back legs in June 2025.   MY PERSONALITY I’m incredibly cute—people say I look just like a little doll in real life. I’m a calm, gentle soul whose favorite pastime is finding the perfect cozy spot to curl up and soak in some sunshine. What can I say? I’m a bit of a couch potato and definitely an introvert at heart. I’m a super quiet, sweet boy who loves a peaceful, comfy life.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m very friendly with people, and nothing makes me happier than soaking up pets and affection while lounging in my favorite resting spot. I’m perfectly fine being picked up too—I love the extra closeness! · With Dogs: I’m a bit more indifferent with dog friends. I politely greet new dogs, but after that I prefer to do my own thing and cozy up in my favorite spot. High-energy or larger dogs can feel a little overwhelming for me, so I’m happiest around calmer companions. · With Cats: My reaction to cats is unknown. A cat test can be arranged upon request.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a low, calm energy level—I’m a true couch potato who loves snuggling in my bed all day. Volunteers and staff quickly learned that I’m not shy or scared; I just genuinely enjoy my cozy rest time. At first, I need a little convincing to start my walk (sometimes they pick me up and carry me outside!), but once I’m out in the fresh air, I happily trot along and enjoy a gentle stroll.   TRAINING & HABITS I’ll need a bit more leash training and help building confidence during my walks. When I get scared, I sometimes freeze or lie flat on the ground. I don’t guard my food against people or other dogs, and I’m a very quiet boy who rarely ever barks. I rest calmly in my kennel and potty both indoors (using a pee pad) and outdoors. I may do a little marking at first in a brand-new environment, but that usually improves as I settle in.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A family that offers a safe, structured, and calm environment. A family that enjoys spending quality time together indoors & outdoors. A family that can shower me with love and attention. A family that understands that I will need more guidance with leash walking. Ideally the only dog in the household, or with another calm and low energy dog sibling that can match my energy level.   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a super easygoing and very quiet boy, and I’ll be a calm, gentle addition to any family. My favorite activities are doing little sniff inspections and curling up in my favorite resting spot. I don’t have a big appetite, and overall I’m low-maintenance and peaceful. I’m considered a level 2 rescue dog, so I’ll need at least several days to a week to settle into a new environment, and I must be double-leashed outside for my safety. I thrive in calm, predictable homes because loud noises and energetic dogs can overwhelm me. I’m still building my confidence on walks and sometimes freeze when I get scared, so I’ll need a patient family who can guide me with reassurance. I may mark a bit while adjusting, but with consistency, I learn quickly. With the right home, I know I’ll blossom into the sweetest, most loyal companion.   Chester's YouTube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2589534##

Story
ALL ABOUT ME   Name: TongTong Age : Around 3 yrs old Gender: Male Spayed/Neutered: Yes Breed: Pomeranian mix Colour: White Weight: 5.25kg / 12lb Microchipped: Yes    MY RESCUE STORY Hi, I’m TongTong! I was rescued from a crowded city pound in Gwangju, Korea, where I was sadly placed on the euthanasia list simply due to lack of space. No one knows exactly how I ended up there, but volunteers and staff believe I may have come from a puppy mill. What I do know is that I’m incredibly grateful to have been given a second chance. Despite everything, my heart is full of hope, and I’m ready to leave my past behind and begin a new chapter with a loving forever family. Could that be you?    MY HEALTH - Fully vaccinated - I’ve been spayed and have no known health issues. - Tend to pant a lot, but there has been no medical issues found    MY PERSONALITY I’m a super friendly and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people. I’ll happily trot over for pets and attention, and you can easily scoop me up into your arms—I won’t mind one bit! When I trust you, I’ll even roll over to show you my belly. I’m naturally calm and easygoing, and I prefer to keep the peace. I get along well with other dogs and don’t get caught up in drama—if another pup’s being pushy, I’ll simply walk away. I love water, playing with toys, and curling up in a cozy lap. At heart, I’m a sweet snuggle bug who just wants to share love and joy with my forever family.    MY SOCIAL SKILLS With People: I’m super loving and friendly, and one of my favorite places to be is right in your lap soaking up all the pets! I enjoy meeting new people and happily welcome their attention. I’m very easygoing when it comes to touch—I don’t mind being picked up and absolutely love snuggling close. Though I haven’t met any kids yet, my calm and gentle nature makes me a great candidate for a home with respectful little ones, especially with slow, thoughtful introductions. And just to win your heart a little more—I’ll gladly roll over and show you my belly for extra love!   With Dogs: I’m polite when meeting new dogs and don’t mind a friendly greeting, but I tend to keep to myself and take in my surroundings first. I’m definitely more of a people-pup—I prefer human companionship over playtime with other dogs. That said, I have a calm and easygoing nature. I don’t resource guard my food or toys, and even if another dog is being a bit rude, I choose to walk away peacefully rather than stir up any drama. Harmony is my style!   With Cats:  I haven’t had the chance to meet any cats yet, but given my sweet and gentle nature, I believe I could get along well with them — especially with slow, thoughtful introductions and a bit of patience.    ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES  I have a low to moderate energy level and consider myself more of a cozy couch potato—sometimes I even like to pretend I’m a stuffed toy! I can get warm pretty easily and tend to pant when I’m tired, so long walks aren’t really my thing. I absolutely love playing in the water, so a swim or just hanging out near water would be a dream for me. Short, gentle walks in cooler weather are my favorite way to get outside and explore   TRAINING & HABITS I know how to potty both indoors and outdoors and usually keep quiet—though I might softly bark when I want your attention. I’m relaxed around people and other dogs, never guarding my toys or food. I’m also great at resting calmly and quietly in my kennel. On walks, I generally follow nicely but sometimes get excited and pull a little when something interesting catches my nose.  MY IDEAL HOME  I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help guide me as I blossom into my true sweet self. I’ll thrive in a home with:   - A family who can provide me with a calm, structured, and safe environment. - A family who likes to spend time together and shower me with love. - I’m perfectly happy as the only dog in the house, but I’d also get along well with a calm, older dog who matches my energy level.   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a gentle and loving soul who thrives with patience, kindness, and calm guidance. While I’m happy to be the only pet in the home, I can also do well with a calm, older dog as a companion. Because of my past, I may need a little extra understanding as I continue to grow into my best self. With a family who offers me love, consistency, and gentle support, I’ll become your loyal, affectionate friend for life.   For More YouTube Clips, Click Here! Tongtong’s Playlist ##2459224##

Current Location: Korea 🇰🇷 🐾✨ Meet JISU — A Gentle & Sweet Pom Mix Girl Looking for Her Forever Family ✨🐾 🌸 A soft soul who just wants to belong. 🌸 📌 Basic Info 🐶 Name: Jisu (JISU) 🎀 Age: 3 years old 👧 Gender: Female ⚖️ Weight: 4.9 kg 🐾 Breed: Pomeranian Mix 💉 Vaccinations / Spay-Neuter: Completed 💛 Personality & Charm Jisu is shy at first, but she really wants to be close to people. She quietly stays nearby, observes, trusts slowly… and then one day, she melts into your arms and holds on tight. 🥹💞 Calm, gentle, and loving — the perfect companion for a peaceful home. 👨‍👩‍👧 With Adults & Kids 🧑 Adults: Takes time to warm up, but becomes affectionate and loyal once she trusts you 🧒 Kids: Calm and gentle, okay with being next to them or being touched ⚠️ If kids run or shout loudly, she chooses to observe from a distance 🐶 With Other Animals 🐕 Dogs: Excellent! — polite greetings and sometimes playful with her favorite friends 🐱 Cats: Good! — sniffs and ignores 🦜 Lives peacefully with a parrot in her foster home 🚽 House-training ✨ 100% reliable! ✔ Outdoor potty ✔ Indoor pee pads ✔ Balcony turf ➡️ Very easy and stress-free 🔋 Energy Level ⚡ Low ~ Medium 🏡 Quiet and peaceful at home 🐕 At the park, lightly plays with familiar friends or just jogs along with the group 🗣 Separation Anxiety / Barking / Aggression 💛 Separation anxiety: ❌ 🔔 Barking: ❌ (very minimal) 💥 Aggression: ❌ If scared, she may growl or bark once/twice to say “I’m uncomfortable” — never attacks. 🚶‍♀️ Walks & Car Rides 🌳 Loves walking 🪑 If you sit on a bench, she sits right beside you for comfort 🥹 🚗 Excellent in the car — even waits politely before getting in 🏃 Escape Tendency Because she can get startled, double safety (double leash + secure harness) is recommended. In familiar places, even if the leash slips, she stays close and doesn’t run far. ➡️ Once bonded, she wants to stay within her person’s sight ❤️ 🐾 Rescue Story Jisu lived one year at Gokseong Shelter with her sister Subin. On the day they were scheduled for euthanasia, both were rescued together. She was pregnant at the time and later gave birth to three puppies (she is 💗 Pony’s mom). Now, after everything she has survived… it’s finally her turn to be loved. 📍 Jisu is ready for her forever home. She doesn’t need much — just patience, kindness, and a safe heart to land in. 🤍 If you think she may be the missing piece of your family…♡

Story
Meet Jessie & Junie, two fluffy hearts looking for their Forever Home! Double the fluff, double the love! Jessie (lovely girl in brown) and Junie (merle and black sweetheart) are an inseparable pair of Pomeranians who are ready to steal your heart. They came into rescue as frightened strays, but have blossomed in foster care into happy, playful, and affectionate dogs. They each weigh about 12 pounds, are spayed, healthy, and adorable from nose to tail. Jessie is about 8 years old and Junie a little younger. Jessie actively seeks attention and loves to play with her foster mom. Junie is a little more cautious, but enjoys affection, too. They welcome visitors, are curious and eager in their greetings, and enjoy being petted. They will engage in wrestling matches to entertain and then lie quietly nearby. They spend quiet time in their gated area, are loose in the house when their foster mom is at home, and sleep in an open crate in a pen at night. Jessie is a barker, for attention and whenever food is involved. Sometimes she barks when they are left alone at home. Junie is quieter. She alarm barks when there is someone at the door or when startled, but otherwise is quiet. They are not good candidates for apartment or condo living. They enjoy routine, running to their pen at night and sleeping peacefully until their foster mom gets up in the morning. They are happiest when together and get anxious when separated, even in the next room, although this has been improving. They have become consistent in using pee pads in the house and are comfortable with outdoor potty breaks as well, although they haven’t yet made the connection between needing to go and signalling to go out. A securely fenced yard is a must for them, as they are not harness or leash-trained and are frightened by the busy outside world. And they are very fast! Both dogs have done well at the vet’s, where they have had full examinations, routine shots, and blood tests. With those coats, they need regular grooming and have had a professional groomer come to the house to minimize stress. Because Junie sometimes scrambles when frightened, she is muzzled for the groomer, and then she is completely cooperative. They are friendly, affectionate, and companionable, but they aren’t lap dogs. Jessie and Junie are both uncomfortable being picked up and are eager to get down. Taken on their own terms, they are lovely, loving, happy dogs who are a pleasure to have around. They enjoy company and attention and just being around their person. They will thrive in a calm, adult home with a patient experienced hand who is ready to help them develop at their own pace. Jessie and Junie are ready to start their new life with someone who will cherish them both.  October 5, 2025, 8:00 am
