So handsome! Precious Ferguson is a sassy, little full-breed pomeranian with a bit of "naughty." He does well with other dogs his size but we haven't seen him with larger dogs. We think he had a rough life in his short time on earth. He is nervous and cautious when meeting new people and can snap from fear. Once he trusts you, he is fine but cannot be homed with young children. We are working on his housetraining but he is crate trained. Ferguson will be ideal for an experienced family who is willing to be patient, further train him, love him like he has never been loved before, and he will surely come around and be your best family friend. The adoption fee of $450 includes his vet exam, current vaccinations, fecal test, wormer, heartworm and tick testing, and preventatives. Also, his grooming, neuter, and microchip. We prefer Austin, TX area adoptions and children over 6 years old. A fenced yard and if you have a pool, this has to be fenced as well.

Meet Guillermo! Guillermo is a 5-month-old Papillon and Chihuahua mix weighing about 15 pounds available for adoption in Texas. He's a playful little guy with a big personality and a love for wrestling—especially with our resident dog. He’s full of energy and curiosity, and nothing makes him happier than a good round of zoomies or a spirited match of play. When Guillermo first arrived, he was very feral and unsure of people, touch, and the comforts of indoor life. But with time, patience, and a routine, he’s made incredible progress. Just yesterday, for the first time, he settled down without needing constant wrestling. Usually one of the dogs has to be crated so the other can get a break, so this was a big step forward. Guillermo is crate trained and doing great with potty training. He hasn’t had an accident since his second day here. He also knows “outside” and “inside,” and he's starting to understand that life as a companion animal is a good one. Guillermo will do best in a home with another playful dog and people who understand that building trust takes time.
