~~Although we do our very best to make sure your new pup is in tiptop health before adoption, things could drastically change a month later. Since we don’t have a long health history of your adopted dog, we can only treat the pet for whatever symptoms present during the initial exam and follow up exams.~ Health: Crispin underwent PDA Heart Surgery. He is healed and has been cleared by the Cardiologist. ***** No obvious health issues found during vet exam ***** Temperament: Meet Crispin, a 11-pound pomeranian who is truly ready to take on the world! At 3 years old, this resilient little guy has already overcome a congenital heart condition (PDA) with flying colors. His vet has given him the official “all clear,” and he is now bursting with energy and ready to find his forever home. Crispin is a total rockstar when it comes to house manners—he is food-motivated, walks well on a leash, and is a perfect companion for sleeping soundly in bed all night long. He absolutely loves going for car rides and is incredibly friendly with everyone he meets. Because Crispin has medium-to-high energy and loves to play, he would thrive in a home with another dog close to his age and activity level. While he is very social and gets along well with other dogs, he can be a bit reactive on the leash, so he is currently working on his impulse control and basic commands like sit and stay. He is a playful spirit who enjoys his toys, but his favorite pastime is definitely wrestling and playing with a doggy friend. Crispin is the perfect match for a multi-person household that can offer him the active, loving life he deserves.
