Story
Sweetie Creamsicle is aptly named, she is a very, very sweet girl with the most beautiful, silky light blonde coat! She’s a charmer too, with these adorable, expressive ears and a very affectionate personality. Sweetie is around 7 months old, so as her adopter, you’ll be able to enjoy the tail end of the cuteness of her puppyhood. Sweetie loves treats, she’s very curious about squeaky toys, and incredibly affectionate. Sweetie is likely a mix of Pomeranian and Chihuahua. This is our best guess, as it’s always a guess with rescue, but it makes sense when considering her looks and personality. Her Chihuahua genes supplied a seemingly endless desire for gentle pets and big snuggles. The Pomeranian genes are evident in her enthusiasm and that gorgeous blonde coat! Sweetie is ready to be a family pet or a single individual’s loving companion. Sweetie won’t grow to be too much bigger than she already is, considering her size and temperament, she would make a fantastic apartment dog. Sweetie is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/66395cb8e335e82c3b0c036a Please email kristin@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1000 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Hooooowdy. My name is BENN (Ben) and here's a tad about me:Breed: Pomeranian/Spitz mixAge: 4 monthsGender: maleHeight: 15 cmWeight: 2.5 kgHighlights: playful, smart, mischievious, energetic Hello everybody, cheeeeese... aren’t I just a cutie? Well, that’s what I hear people say about me and my smile.I was bought by a young man who intended to give me to his girlfriend. I must say, she would have been ecstatic to receive me as a gift. But unfortunately, I got parvo and he abandoned me at the clinic as a puppy. Needless to say, my life was turned upside down. Thankfully, my rescuer found out about me at the clinic and paid for all the expenses related to my treatment. I am completely healthy now. Thanks to her!I am currently living in a foster home. I have a foster mom and a foster kitten brother, Phishi (also posted.) My foster mom rescued a kitten that had some issues with the muscles in his legs and can’t walk well. We are very good friends! I love to play with my kitten brother, we are quite bonded: https://youtu.be/Lg6JjMA5KBs. So much so, that we'd love to be adopted together. Loved at Last said we can be a twofer. Adopt me and kitty comes along for the ride. How's that for a deal?I am extremely playful and mischievous, but also very smart. I learn everything extremely fast. Because I am so playful, I am constantly looking for toys and playmates, so I’m always chasing my kitten brother up and down the sofas, and he plays hide and go seek with me. Well, either that, or he’s running away from me HAH! We have lots of fun together!I would love to continue my shenanigans in Canada with you! I would make a great addition to any family. I love other dogs and cats, so a fellow brother or sister would be great to have. I hope to meet you very soon! Please help me learn where to go in my new home. Health notes: I had parvo when first found. No issues after treatment.I am too young yet to be spayed/neutered, but I am vaccinated and microchipped.Spay/neuter will be the responsibility of the adopter and is required for my adoption to be finalized. My adoption fee is 850.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a fight volunteer directly to Vancouver. Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue.Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live. Please Note: LALDR highly encourages adopters to research some local dog trainers before their dog arrives. Although a 1-on-1 trainer is often not needed, it is good to have someone in mind in case any problematic behaviours arise. Most bad behaviours can be modified if caught early enough, so make sure to nip undesirable behaviours in the bud before they become serious problems.Basic training should be taken seriously, but should not begin until your dog is well settled in - at least a couple of weeks. After you feel your new dog is relaxed and comfortable in their new home, check out training courses in your local area. Even basic beginner courses like those taught at a local pet store can have a huge benefit in helping your dog learn to socialize and get used to being in public situations, all with the added benefit of strengthening their bond with you. While most dogs find escorting passengers flying directly to Vancouver, some will find flights through Toronto or  Montreal. In that case, additional fees will apply to fly your dog to Vancouver by cargo. Unaccompanied cargo costs within Canada range from $350 - $550 depending on the size of the dog. LALDR will be as transparent as possible with you regarding these costs. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. However if a dog has been determined to be good with children we will approve applicants with children 8 years or older. More information can be found on our website. [MID-EAST] *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordetella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East. [TURKEY] *Dogs receive 4D SNAP tests - which include: Heartworm, Ehrlichiosis, Leishmania and Anaplasmosis. ##1971714##

Story
Hi there! My name is Marigold, and I have quite the story to tell.   Breed: Pomeranian Spitz mix Age: 10 yearsGender: Male    Weight: 13 lb  Height: 13 inchHighlight(s): Affectionate, good with other dogs, no escape tendency I've been through a lot in my life, but I'm still full of love and hope for a new beginning. Despite being abandoned multiple times, my friendly and cuddly nature has not been affected. I may have had a rough start, but I believe there's a loving home out there waiting just for me. When it comes to humans, I'm a social butterfly. I adore attention and affection, and I have a soft spot for kids. I've even made friends with 8-10-year-old neighbors. However, I'm not a fan of vet visits – who is, right? Living with 7 other dogs has taught me to be polite and tolerant, but I prefer human companionship. I enjoy a leisurely walk and a game of ball, but I'm more of a people-person than a dog-person. When I see a cat, I get curious, but I'm easily redirected. I have a moderate energy level, so I'm up for outdoor adventures and cozy indoor cuddles. I walk well on a leash, although I may pull a bit out of excitement. I'm confident and brave on the streets, and I don't shy away from new experiences. I'm a good boy with no aggression issues or separation anxiety. I may bark for attention or to play, but I'm all tail wags and friendly vibes. I'm housetrained and don't get carsick. I'm currently working on my crate whining, but I'm a quick learner. All I need now is a loving family who will cherish me forever. Could that be you? If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, I'm here waiting for you. Let's make happy memories together and create a forever home where I can truly belong. Adopt me, Marigold, and let's start our beautiful journey together! Energy Level: Moderate energy level. Enjoy outdoor activities and likes to rest/calm at home after walks. I get along with:Dogs: yesCats: yes Kids: yes (no video proof) Fears: Unknown/none observed. Please be patient assisting me in my transition.Leash skills: yes. Please be prepared to continue training.House trained: Yes. Please be prepared to help me learn where to go in my new home. Health notes: I have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. According to the blood test done on Mar 15th, 2024, all my organs are quite healthy for my age. My adoption fee is $750.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a flight volunteer directly to Vancouver. Meet Haetae💟 * Compatibility with People: He absolutely adores people! He'll happily follow you around and eagerly approach anyone with a wagging tail, even strangers! 🐶 * Compatibility with Dogs: He loves doggy friends too! He gets along extremely well with his buddies 🥰 * Separation Anxiety: He has a bit of it, so he's undergoing training. He might whimper a little before drifting off to sleep. * Potty Training: He has a 95% success rate with pee pads and about 80% with pooping. He's still learning, especially in unfamiliar places or occasionally on the bed. * Hygiene: He loves baths! He's not a big fan of blow-drying, brushing, or nail trimming, but he tolerates them well! He behaves exceptionally well in unfamiliar places 😂 * Walks: He enjoys walks! He loves receiving attention from strangers as they pass by 😉 * Carsick: He doesn't suffer from it much. 💌Special Note💌 * He has learned commands like 'sit,' 'lie down,' 'paw,' and 'nose.' He's currently practicing 'stay' ☺️ * Sometimes he barks at strangers, but it seems more out of excitement than anything else, as he wags his tail while barking. * He sheds a little bit.
