Story
Hey there! We're Charlie and Patches, a lovable duo looking for our forever home. Charlie is a 20-pound male Pomeranian and Chihuahua mix (black), while Patches is a 30-pound male Maltese mix (white), We're both neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and estimated to be around 13-14 years old. We're a bonded pair, so we come as a package deal for an adoption fee of $350. We're still working on house training, but we're getting better every day. Both of us are crate trained and learning to walk on a leash. Patches enjoys walking with Charlie, and we both get super excited when we see other dogs on our walks. We love running around in the fenced backyard and cuddling up on the couch at night. We're currently staying with our fosters and we love sleeping on the couch. Charlie especially enjoys napping with family members. We usually snuggle up together on the couch when our fosters head to bed. We're a sweet pair looking for a loving home to call our own. Story
Meet Ricardo, a 20 lb Pomeranian mix with the most delightful ears, softest fur, and wiggliest body. This boy is so happy and full of life! He loves being near his people, romping in the yard, destuffing toys, and napping near foster mom. He immediately full-body wiggles his way into the hearts of everyone he meets, is dog friendly, loves his crate, and is just a delight to be around. He's generally medium energy and is working hard on potty training. Don't miss out on this sweetheart!I am still new to rescue, so please check back for updates as my foster family gets to know me. Story
Before coming to Wisconsin, Lance only knew his backyard in Texas. One day his owner died… leaving him and 5 other dogs in the backyard. Our Texan rescue friends went to the property to get Lance and his doggie family out of there, but one of them was not so lucky. 😢Lance was taken into a foster home in Texas where he learned to live in a house 🏠 with people. He’s learned that potty is for outside, a kennel is a safe spot, and to trust people. After his long and stressful journey 🚐 to Wisconsin he had to learn to trust all over again, but children helped! After being given a chance to warm up, Lance enjoys being around people, especially kids! 👦🏼 He can be quiet and shy… then he’ll surprise you with his cute, fluffy tail wags and his adorable, playful demeanor! He’s just starting to learn that couches are comfy and snuggling at the foot of the bed 🛏️ can be delightful. We believe that Lance is a Pomeranian mix. He’s around 4 years old and weighs 13 pounds. He’s also neutered and UTD on vaccines. 💉 Lance walks well on a leash and enjoys being brushed. He does really well at the groomer’s too. 🛁 Although he doesn’t seem to mind dogs of any size, he prefers other dogs or puppies 🐶 that are more his size to play with. He does well around cats too. We’d love to see him go to a forever home that has either children or a size-appropriate companion for Lance so that he can begin living his best life. That is why he came here, after all! ❤️Lance is being fostered in central 📍 Wisconsin and his adoption fee is $450.You can apply to adopt at:https://www.biggiepawsrescue.org DATCP #494550DATCP # 494550

Story
Are you ready to add the sweetest and most loving boy to your family? Meet Simon. Simon is a Pomeranian mix, and weighs in at about 25 pounds. He is about 8 months old. He has been with a loving foster family in Chicago for several months and is ready for his forever home. Simon has the sweetest disposition--he loves kids and other dogs in the home. His human foster siblings love singing with him, dancing with him, and cuddling him. He is so attuned with his family that he knows to be gentle around human babies. He loves to play--fetch, tennis balls, bones, kongs, a good stick--anything you've got! He has a lot of energy, which has been making city life in the Chicago Wrigleyville neighborhood a bit tough, and he deserves a yard or a running buddy if he lives in a smaller space! He is very good at learning directions and never reacts negatively or aggressively. Simon can be a bit shy with meeting new people and can "alarm bark" with other dogs. However, Simon has done great in daycare in the big play rooms--with small and big breed dogs. He has had training already and knows sit, down and leave it (although he is still working on that one). He is super food motivated and his trainer thinks he would do great at agility if his family is interested in that type of work! He is pad trained, and we believe he will quickly train to go outside in a yard. Simon needs to be neutered and is included at our rescue vet and probably will help him calm down. He is up to date, will have his health certificate, rabies and again neuter is included with adoption fee of 400 please apply at thecharlieprojectdogrescue.com DACPT#506053 Please visit our website www.thecharlieprojectdogrescue.com to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs.

Story
Meet Peewee! Oh hey, I’m Peewee and I see you have a hand free - please pet me! You won’t regret it - I’m super soft and plush! I’m a pomeranian mix and I have the fur to prove it. I’m a senior and about 13 pounds. I don’t have any known health issues. I was found as a stray in Chicago - can you believe it? Beautiful moi?? Kids, adults, seniors - I love anyone who wants to give me some attention. Here in my foster home, I love to be where the action is. You’re in the kitchen? I’m in the kitchen! You’re watching TV? Well, me too! I’ve been attending lots of Albert’s events lately, and I love meeting my fans. I also live with several other dogs in my foster home. We’re all fine with each other, but we all have a little dog complex, and we all want to be “the boss.” I can get a little vocal with the other dogs, but that’s it. But I shouldn't live with cats. I’m a pretty vocal guy in genereal, and probably wouldn’t make the best apartment dog. Despite my age, I have some energy and would do best in a home that can give me regular walks. I get so excited when the leash comes out! I’m house trained and don’t destroy anything when left out, but might have an accident when left out for long periods unsupervised. My foster parents crate me when they leave the house, and I don’t mind too much. I get a little nervous during thunderstorms, but you can keep me comfortable by sitting close to me so I know there's nothing to be scared of. Now foster mom says that I'm all clear to find my forever home, so I hope you have someone that lives with you that might have a free hand to pet me alot! *Peewee is being fostered in Madison, WI. Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $300, ($550 for a pair).
