Mika is a sweet and cuddly 5 year old Pomsky. We’ve had her since she was a puppy, but due to life circumstances we can’t give her the home she deserves. We would love to find her a home that will provide physical and mental stimulation and exercise. Mika has some anxiety and takes a while to warm up to new people and dogs, but once she gets to know you, she will not leave you alone. She barks at the door and when strangers come in, but she calms down quickly. We’re looking for someone who can take her on adventures and train her consistently. Please let us know if you can provide her a safe and loving home

Story
Trooper is a smart, loyal boy who truly loves his people and his pack. Inside the home, he is mellow and easygoing, but once outdoors, his playful, energetic side shines. He is a big fan of fetch, tug‑of‑war, daily walks, and backyard playtime. Chew toys and bones are also high on his list of favorite things. Trooper would thrive in a home with a yard and plenty of companionship and patience; another friendly pet or someone who works from home or is retired would be ideal. He knows basic commands like sit and stay, is fully potty‑trained, and walks well on‑leash. He was not well socialized when he was younger, so he can be nervous around unfamiliar dogs. With patience and positive experiences, he can continue building confidence. Trooper is not crate-trained and does have separation anxiety, so he needs an adopter willing to help him work through that with gentle structure and consistency. He is healthy, up‑to‑date on vaccinations, and ready for a loving home.

Why Elita might be the one for you:Meet Elita, a delightful companion in search of a loving new home! Elita was very shy and fearful when she arrived to our care, but has made lots of progress working with our trainers. She needs time to build trust at her own pace, but once she does, she shares her playful and loyal nature! She enjoys bouncing around the yard, catching toys and treats and being near her trusted people. She is very intelligent and responds well to positive reinforcement training. Elita will thrive best in a calm, lower-traffic home with adults or older children who can read her body language and help her build confidence. Our trainers will provide lots of information to set you up for success! If you're looking for an energetic, bright companion, come speak to an adoption counselor to learn more about Elita today! He may be fearful at first, but with patience and a calm environment, his sweet personality slowly begins to shine through. Sylvain does best with kind, understanding people who will let him move at his own pace and celebrate small victories. Once he feels secure, he shows sweet affection and a deep loyalty to those he trusts. He has also done really well being housed with another dog in care; he's patient and goofy, and shows off his goofy side while playing with her.
