Story
Juju is a very sweet 3 year old (that is an estimate from our vet). My husband found her in a vineyard near our home last fall. We tried every avenue of finding her family, but we believe she was left on purpose. She was not chipped, she is chipped now. She was not fixed, she is fixed now. She is not house trained. We have crate trained her for the past six months and it has helped, but she still pees and poops in her crate on occasion. We are going through a family emergency and also have other animals. Her high needs for training management have exceeded our abilities. Our veterinarian has her on a low dose of anxiety medication to help calm her nerves enough to drop into the "training brain" because she is so anxious. It has definitely helped, but there is a road ahead and we cannot keep going. We are looking for a loving home that can really take on her training in earnest with patience and sincere commitment.

These pups are in Petaluma, California too!

At nine months old he weighs 43 pounds. he would benefit from training and leash work as is still learning to walk on a leash. He was friendly playful when meeting a similar age pup. We feel he would do best with children ages 12 and older in his new home. Look at that face how can you resist, ready for a new friend come visit with him.  For more information about this animal, call:Sonoma County Animal Services at (707) 565-71001247 Century Court, Santa Rosa Tuesday - Saturday12:00 - 5:00 p.m.Adoptions are processed until 4:30 p.m.March 11, 2026, 10:00 pm

Story
Emily - 650 740 1842 Belmont, Ca Meet Princess Leia & Luke Two adorable 4 year old huskies that we are fostering. Both are terrific with people, gentle, and know “sit”, “come”, and other commands. Mostly housebroken but given their recent stint in a shelter, could use potty training reinforcement. Super sweet and just want to be around you. Princess Leia is very sweet and curious about her surroundings. She likes to explore, then flops, lies down, and sleeps for a while. Luke is confident, chill, and content to watch.  Both love to be by your side and adore you with kisses. They are the kind of dogs we’d love to keep but our senior chihuahua is not a fan so unfortunately they won’t be able to stay with us. They are bonded to each other and we understand from the shelter, they came in together. If possible, we’d love to see them go to a good home together.  But if they each go to a different home, they will thrive there too. Please feel free to call or text to arrange a visit or any questions. Please also feel free to spread the word. Emily - 650 740 1842March 11, 2026, 10:00 pm
