Story
WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 💙🐾 Meet Magnus — The Blue-Eyed Heart Thief 🐾💙 Male • 3 Months Old • Future Perfect Smaller-Medium Size If there were a contest for Most Likely to Cause Strangers to Stop and Say “WOW, look at those eyes!”, Magnus would win by a landslide. This handsome little guy sports the most stunning bright blue eyes, and trust us — once he looks up at you with that happy puppy grin, resistance is basically impossible. Magnus is a 3-month-old, loving-life puppy, which means his daily schedule currently includes exploring the world, wrestling with dog friends, chasing toys, discovering new smells, and performing the occasional high-speed zoomie demonstration just to keep life exciting. He’s a very social pup who absolutely loves other dogs and would be thrilled to have playmates for games of chase, backyard zoomie competitions, and general puppy silliness. If there’s fun happening, Magnus plans to be right in the middle of it. The great outdoors is also one of his favorite places. Sticks, leaves, grass, mysterious trail smells — Magnus believes they all deserve a thorough investigation. Because of his curious nature and energy, he’d be a fantastic addition to an active family that enjoys things like walks, hiking, camping, and backyard adventures. Magnus loves people too, but we do include the official puppy disclaimer: he still comes equipped with tiny puppy shark teeth and sharp little nails. They’re usually deployed during enthusiastic kisses, toy battles, or when he’s investigating whether shoelaces are secretly chew toys. Cats are currently unknown, but since Magnus is still so young, with proper introductions he should adjust just fine. Life with Magnus will likely include: • Random zoomies through the yard • Toys scattered like festive decorations • Puppy comedy moments that cause daily laughter • Long walks and outdoor fun • And a lifetime supply of loyal companionship In other words… everything that makes puppyhood the best kind of chaos. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Magnus — and those unforgettable blue eyes — brighten every day of your life. 🐶💙

**SPRING HUSKY SPECIAL** This dog is eligible for $100 off the listed adoption fee, valid through 4/15! Offer applies to select dogs only, and adoption must be finalized by 4/15/2026 to take advantage of this offer. Meet Jackson, a handsome adult (estimated age 4-7 years old) neutered male husky who is every bit as sweet as he looks! This boy weighs about 47 lbs currently. His fur makes him look bigger than he is, but he's actually a bit underweight and needs to gain a few lbs (his foster is working hard at this, which Jackson does not mind ONE bit! ).  Jackson is a very sweet, friendly boy who loves his people and enjoys making new friends - human and canine alike! He loves kids, but we recommend older kids 8+ or dog savvy kids, as he may unintentionally knock over a small child. He has not been cat tested, so we are unsure how he would do with cats. Jackson can do a 1 week foster to adopt trial with an approved adopter so you can see how he settles in before committing to adoption. From Jackson's current foster:  "Jackson is a super nice, clean boy with flawless house manners. He has had no accidents and is not destructive at all. He's actually quite calm and extremely affectionate.  His loving nature sets him apart -- he makes himself available for hugs and petting. He's been wonderful with the neighborhood children. Everyone is his friend. He's a sweet deserving dog who is going to make someone very happy." He is medically up to date, housebroken (both his current and prior foster report that he has not had a single accident in the house!), and crate trained. Apply to meet this good boy today!  Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2517941##

**SPRING HUSKY SPECIAL** This dog is eligible for $100 off the listed adoption fee, valid through 4/15! Offer applies to select dogs only, and adoption must be finalized by 4/15/2026 to take advantage of this offer. Meet Dasher, a super cute ~4 month old male husky mix puppy! We are unsure of breed mix, but isn't he 100% adorable?!  Based on their age and current size, we expect this litter to grow to medium/large dogs.  Dasher and his 8 siblings (the Reindeer litter) were sadly dumped at one of our rescue partners in TN when they were about 3 weeks old, without their mom. The man who dumped them stated that it was an oops litter and that he did not want to deal with them. The rescue tried to convince the man to let them help with spaying mom to prevent any future litters, but he refused to give her up. PRL took the 9 pups and placed them with our wonderful neonatal foster, who has nurtured them and helped them grow into the most perfect fat, happy little puppies! They are now ready to find their furever homes! Dasher is a typical happy, playful puppy who loves everyone! Good with dogs, cats, people, and kids. Young puppies are like blank slates who, with proper training and socialization, will grow into wonderful dogs. Huskies are an energetic, smart working breed who typically require a high level of physical and mental exercise/stimulation to keep them happy and out of trouble. From Dasher's current foster:  "Dasher is shy boy compared to his sister Vixen. He PREFERS younger kids over adults 100%. He’s going to be the sweetest most gentle guy around! He definitely could benefit from a confident dog in his forever home!" These cuties are medically up to date (age appropriate), crate trained, and working on housebreaking. Apply to meet Dasher today! Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable.
