Story
Teal is looking for her forever home. She’s high energy and crate trained and would thrive in an active household that can provide her with plenty of daily exercise, mental stimulation and outdoor time. Active singles and families with older, dog-savvy children are a better fit for this little miss. She’s got all the Pomsky quirks; smart, ‘vocal’ when playing and loyal. Her family needs to understand her energy, so walks, hikes and runs are essential to her routine. A secure fenced-in yard is a huge plus. She is crate and house trained but because she’s young she needs additional training (… coprophagia). She’s affectionate but still doesn’t realize the impact her energy has on her playfulness. There is a belief that Teal is magical… All in all in all she’s wonderful little girl who’s looking to be loved and to give it right back. Serious inquiries only, please.

Sassy and her brother Blue came from a situation where they lived outside in a fenced in yard, but didn't have a lot of socialization. Their human passed away and that is why FOCCAS took over care. The two of them started out very shy and wary of everyone. Since being at the rescue, they have learned to trust people. Sassy is still on the shy side, but she looks forward to walks using a gentle leader, treats, and attention from volunteers. She would love to be adopted by a patient person who can continue building up her confidence. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed.
