Leo Local is currently in RI and looking for a 'furever' home! A sweet and resilient boy who is ready for a fresh start. His former family loved him deeply but fell on hard times, living in their car while trying to keep him safe. Now Leo is looking for an understanding family to call his own. Leo is friendly with dogs, people, and kids ten and older. He lived with two dogs before and would do best in a home with another friendly dog for companionship. He is very affectionate, energetic, and loves hiking with his foster. When the fun is done, he’s happiest curled up beside you. Leo is experiencing separation anxiety, so he needs someone who works from home and can help him feel secure as he learns that being alone is okay. With patience, structure, and another dog by his side, Leo will learn he is safe again. **Due to clinic delays: this puppy will be available for adoption with the collection of an additional $100 spay/neuter voucher deposit, which will be refunded upon receipt of successful procedure at our partnering clinic. Meet Shadow! A smart, inquisitive, sweet heart with the softest fur! Shadow is just a young gal who just turned a year old. She loves to play with both dogs and her human friends. While we may be bundling up with the colder weather these days, Shadow is excited for the snow and would love to play in the future snow with a new best friend. Shadow is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines, all she is missing is a place to call home!
