Dior came from a breeder and was born on January 9th, 2023. He is still young, full of personality, and has a lot of energy. I’m looking for a loving home for Dior with someone who truly enjoys dogs and would love to add a Pomsky to their family. Ideally, his new owner would enjoy going on walks and have time to spend with him. A home with a yard or space where he can run freely would be best, as he enjoys being active and does not do well being confined for long periods. Dior is very protective and always alert. He can be shy, nervous, and a little scared at first, so he will need someone patient and understanding who can give him time to adjust. Because of this, he may become reactive if he feels overwhelmed or bothered, so he would do best with someone who understands dog behavior and respects his boundaries. A calm home would be ideal. Once he’s comfortable, he is playful and enjoys tug of war and fetch, even if he gets a little distracted sometimes. I would describe Dior as loy

Dart is the kind of dog who makes fast friends wherever he goes! From the moment you meet him, it’s clear he’s a social butterfly who absolutely loves being around people. He happily approaches new faces with a loose, wiggly body and a bright, friendly attitude, always ready to soak up attention and give some love in return.He’s a very tolerant and easygoing guy when it comes to handling, happily accepting pets all over without any fuss. Dart truly enjoys human interaction and seems to find comfort in being close to his people. While he can get a little extra excited at times—especially when there’s something fun going on—he does a great job of settling back down once things calm, showing that he has a nice ability to regulate himself with a bit of guidance.On walks, Dart is enthusiastic and curious about the world around him, which can lead to some pulling on the leash. With a little structure and consistency, he’ll do wonderfully learning his leash manners and channeling that excitement in a positive way.Dart is a sweet, people-loving dog with a happy spirit and lots of potential. He would thrive in a home that can give him love, guidance, and a bit of continued training to help him be his very best self.If you are interested in meeting Dart, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12:30p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12:30p & 2p-6:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Story
Zari was adopted from Prince George’s County Animal Shelter in July 2025. She is 2 years old, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. We can provide all paperwork from the shelter. Unfortunately, after discovering significant mold in our family home of 14 years, we were forced to relocate during extensive repairs and have since made the difficult decision to sell. We are temporarily living with family, including a young child who is fearful of dogs after a prior incident, which limits Zari’s space in the home. She has gone from a large, fenced-in yard (nearly an acre) to a much smaller townhouse setting, which isn’t ideal for her energy level. Zari is extremely friendly, energetic, curious, and fully housebroken. She is great with kids, very affectionate, and loves attention—she’ll happily greet anyone with kisses. We want to find her a loving home with the space she deserves.
