You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Frankie, a purebred, female Pomeranian, originally came to us in March 2023 as an owner surrender. She was adopted very quickly and stayed in that home for 3 years. Circumstances changed, however, and Frankie is back with us now, at 8 years old. She is a delightful ball of fluff and love, who adores attention. Frankie has been fully vetted and microchipped and her fee is $125. Frankie lived with a young child, another dog, and cats, and did very well. She's really the epitome of a Pomeranian - happy, stubborn, energetic, and adorable. Frankie is a bit on the chunky side right now and it's somewhat hidden under her fluff. We're hoping to find her a home with Pomeranian experience as these little dynamos are something to experience. She does have a very thick coat that will require regular brushing and combing to keep it free from tangles and matting. Poms should not be shaved as it can ruin their coat. Frankie would definitely prefer a home in which she's not left alone for long hours. NOTE: Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.
