Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I’m Winnie! I’m a beautiful, sweet Husky girl with a big heart and so much love to give. I adore people and get along great with other dogs—I’m currently living with two in my foster home, and we have the best time playing together in our big fenced yard! I’m housebroken, crate-trained, and I absolutely love my toys. My crate is my safe space, so I do like my privacy when I’m inside it—I’ll let other dogs know to give me a little room—but outside of that, I’m all about fun, playtime, and companionship. I’m what you might call a “chill Husky”—I still have my playful side, but I’m calmer than your typical Husky. I’m not much of a barker or talker, and I have great recall too! When my foster mom calls me, I come running—even if I’m in the middle of having a blast outside. I’m also a total love bug I love being close to my people, whether that means cuddling on the couch, relaxing in my dog bed, or even snuggling up with you in bed if you’ll let me. I’ll happily cover you in kisses! I’ve met a young child before and did well, but I’d do best in a home with older kids who understand how to respect my space. I really appreciate a calm, respectful environment where I can feel comfortable. I’m smart and eager to learn—especially if treats are involved! I already know basic commands like sit, come, and crate, and with consistency, I’ll pick up even more in no time. (Just don’t leave your roast beef sandwich unattended… I can’t make any promises ) If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and slightly less “wild” Husky companion, I might just be your perfect match. Could I be your forever girl?
