Meet Mokey! Mokey is 9 months old pup with typical puppy energy! She loves to run, run, run! Mokey would do great with a fenced in yard or with a family who is active and would want a running or hiking partner. Mokey is very eager to learn! She is working on potty training, she is crate trained and knows how to sit, especially when having her leash put on and taken off. Mokey hasn't met a person she doesn't like. She loves other dogs too (maybe too much), and she's cat friendly. She is curious about cats, and she wants to play with them and does follow them around, but she has shown no aggression, just playful inquisitiveness. Mokey exhibits no signs of resource guarding and does great being held for nail trims. Fill out an application at www.maggiesmissionrescue.org

This handsome guy came to us through no fault of his own when his previous owner’s work schedule didn’t leave enough time for him. Now he’s ready for a fresh start with someone who can give him the attention he deserves.Waylon is fantastic with kids, gets along great with female dogs and smaller dogs, and is a total sweetheart once he knows you. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, and already knows his manners—sit, shake, lay down, stay? Nailed it.That said… if left uncrated too long, his mischievous side might come out (think “curious husky energy,” not chaos).This boy has a high energy level and lives for agility courses, running and car rides, toys, toys, and more toys. He also enjoys playing in water. Waylon would thrive in a home where someone is around often, because he doesn’t love being left alone for long. He’s affectionate, easy-going, playful, and always happy to be by your side once he bonds with you. Compatibility with cats and small furry pets is currently unknown.Waylon is available through our foster-to-adopt program, which includes neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and heartworm testing.
