Story
Fanta is a 5-year-old neutered male Husky mix who loves to play and be around other dogs. He’s friendly with cats too, making him a great fit for a multi-pet home. This handsome boy enjoys a good game of ball, but he’s just as happy relaxing outside and watching the world go by. He’s house-trained, which is a big plus! Fanta is a bit of an escape artist when it comes to yards—not a jumper, but definitely a digger. If there’s a weak spot in the fence, he’ll find it! Because of that, he’ll do best with a secure yard or supervised outdoor time. If you’re looking for a fun, laid-back companion with a playful side, Fanta might be your guy.

Story
Skye is a spayed female approx. 4.5 year old Siberian Husky mix who is fully vetted and weighs 60lbs. with stunning good looks and a heart just as beautiful! Skye is an affectionate, playful, and loving girl who absolutely adores people. She loves going for walks, playing outside, and spending time with her humans. She’s happiest when she’s included in family life and given plenty of attention and exercise. When it comes to other dogs, Skye does well with other dogs after she gets to know them. She hasn’t been cat-tested yet, but considering her breed it may be best for her to go to a home without cats, and due to her size and energy, she’d do best in a home with no kids or children 10+. Skye is a loyal, fun-loving husky mix who will bring so much love and joy to her future family.

Story
Chipper was hit by a car in June, and taken to animal control unable to walk, as his owner couldn’t afford the Vet. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Monday, the Ark of Cleveland adopted him and he went to our Vet New Hope Pet Vet. X-rays did not reveal any fractures. He had regained his mobility over the weekend aside from some road rash he appeared to be uninjured. Next day, he was neutered and received all vaccinations. He had worms so he was dewormed. He was placed on flea and tick and heartworm prevention. Since then he’s gained about 15 pounds, and it has received his booster vaccinations. He’s very much a puppy at 5 1/half months old. He’s very playful, energetic and loves to interact with anyone with his toys he fetches endlessly. His previous owner said he was great Dane and husky mix, however, he appears to be black and tan hound mix. He will be a big dog. He’s looking for a home with no small children, and a large fenced backyard where he can play with his humans. He will be an inside outside dog. He’s picking up House breaking very quickly and parties. Every time he’s walked on leash. He’s just got a new harness and is adjusting well to that. For additional inquiries, please email Arkofcleveland@aol.com. Chipper can be seen every Saturday at either PetSmart or PetSense or satellite adoption days.
