Story
Meet Rogue! Hi, my name is Rogue but my friends call me Ro Ro. I am a ginger-colored husky mix, and I was born 9/13/2021. I came to the shelter with my brothers and sister, who have all moved onto their forever homes, way back in the fall of 2022. We were born and raised outside and were on our own, our momma did her best to care for us, but these "human" things were totally alien to me until we came to the shelter. I didn't really like them at first, I'd rather spend time hiding with my dog friends in my kennel, but after a while they wore me down with their yummy treats, and my doggy friends helped me see that they aren't too bad. Sometimes, they're even kind of fun to play with. I spent kind of a long time not trusting people, but my friends tell me that good things are worth waiting for. After spending lots of time in the kennels with other dogs, they moved me to this cool new room where I get to run around day and night with my best friends, and lots of new people come to visit me. I've found it's kind of fun to play keep away with the people, and when they give my friends treats, you bet I'm right there with them waiting for mine. I still prefer to be a little more independant than some of the dogs I know, but I've grown really fond of some people when I see them a lot. I think I'm actually ready to find one that I can call "mine" like my friends tell me they want. Some things I really like are toys, for sure, treats, and naps. If I had to pick a favorite toy, I'd probably say stuffed animals. Not that they last long, they're just so fun to tear apart! I also really like rolling around the herding ball they give us, that's pretty fun too. i am smart and will show my new human friends my many tricks i know once im comfortable with them. i know how to sit, lay, give paw, and come. More than anything, I'd love to go to a home with another dog or two, but I definitely want to meet them before I commit to living with them. As far as cats, I love cats! I love cats the same way I love stuffed animals. My people friends say this means I'm not allowed to live with any cats though. The little humans, or "kids", are okay, but I prefer when they're a little bigger and know when I want to be left alone. Anyway, I'm ready to find a home, do you want to help me?  Rogue is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $125. Rogue is considered to be a flight risk, so a fully fenced yard is required. Potential adopters may be subject to a home visit.  Interested? Call 615-446-7387. ##1530157##

Story
Introducing Rayline! Hello, I'm Rayline! I am an incredibly stunning girl looking for a forever home. I was born in July of 2023. They say I am a 31 flavors mix, but I know exactly what breed I am... I am a pure breed good girl with a beautiful reddish coat that is incredibly fluffy.  I enjoy making friends with a variety of animals and people because they bring me joy. I also love playing and running around. In addition, I have a lot of other favorite things such as toys, treats, pets, cuddles, and car rides. I am easy to please! I am good at taking baths and don't mind being brushed. I recently stayed overnight at a foster mom's house, where she complimented me for being well-behaved. However, her cats were aggressive towards me, which made me feel scared and uncomfortable. As a result, I decided to return to the shelter. The foster mom suggested that I would thrive in a household with children, as I had a great connection with her own kids. She also discovered that I do not like being kept in a crate, but I am perfectly fine when left to roam freely. Additionally, she praised me for not having any accidents in the house, calling me a good girl. Rayline is fully vetted, microchipped, and spayed, with an adoption fee of $175. If you have other dogs at home, a meet and greet is necessary. If you are interested, please contact us at 615-446-7387. ##1985377##
