Story
We got Duncan when a family was looking for someone to watch their puppy for 2 weeks while they went on a trip. Our daughter volunteered and they brought Duncan over, but at the end of 8 weeks they did not show up to get their puppy and their phone did not work. Our daughter kept him, had him spayed, chipped, got him all of his shots and now Duncan is around 17 months old. The vet thinks he is a Husky/Shepherd mix and he has grown into a wonderful dog. He came to us in January because our daughter already had 2 kids, 3 cats and 2 dogs and her house just was not big enough. We have 3 dogs and we are getting older and just cannot keep up with all of them, so we thought we would look for a younger family with more energy than we have. Duncan is a very happy dog who loves everyone. His favorite thing, besides a kid to play with, is a ball and he will chase it endlessly. He gets along very well with dogs, large and small. We really want to find him a loving home.

Story
Blanca is a 3 year old husky that came from a loving home with a big family that was growing even more in size! Her owners felt like a home with a family that could really focus on her would be much better. We stepped in and offered to adopt and/or foster her. She came into a home with two dogs and immediately was friends with both dogs. However we can tell that she might be happier in a one dog home as that was what she was used to. We think Blanca would do best with a single person or a couple that can spend a lot of time at home with her and taking her on adventures! She loves to cuddle and be pet. And as huskies do she also loves to run. She doesnt bark but will whine and also tell you when she needs to go out. Blanca will come with a Kennel, brushes, soaps, leash and collars! She needs a expiernced owner as well because she is a escape artist and will find ways to leave if bored or given the opportunity.Her ideal home would be a big yard with 7ft fences or higher.
