Story
5 months old. Evan was part of an "oops" litter of an unfixed mama dog belonging to a kind-hearted homeless lady.
Evan currently lives in a foster home with his sister Ella, and two other doggie and two kittie siblings. He gets along with everyone and is quite respectful of their spaces.
Evan and his littermates were only 8 weeks old and suffering from sarcoptic mange and dehydration when they were rescued off the streets by one of our team members. Their foster mom spent weeks taking care of them and treating them back to health.
Despite his rough start, Evan is an extra sweet, very calm puppy, who loves humans and other furry friends, and trusts everyone easily. He is very sweet, affectionate, and obedient pup.
He is highly intelligent and learns fast.
Evan is very gentle, full of affection and sweetness.
Evan is currently 26 lb, and growing. He will be a medium sized pup. He is up to date on his vaccination, is neutered, microchipped and kept on deworming schedule, as well as heartworm and flea preventatives.
He is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas but can be transported to most states in USA and Canada. His transport fee is included in his adoption fee.

To adopt our puppies, yards, if any, must be fully and adequately fenced. We do not accept invisible or electric fences.
Adoption applications are available at savesomesouls.com, and if shortlisted as a match, we will reach out to you to schedule a facetime or video chat to meet our pups.
Evan's adoption fee includes all vetting (DAPP with all three boosters, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery and recovery, heartworm and flea prevention), a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, Harness and Interstate Health Certificate and transport fee for our out of state adopters.
Houston is home to million strays, many who are abandoned, many born on the streets, many who escaped while living in the yard, which is common in Texas. Since our rescue does not get grants that shelters get, we use adoption fee to help the pups and kitties in our care. Your adoption fee goes towards vetting and feeding our fosters, especially the long term and permanent fosters, and unadoptable pups, as well as towards the monthly care and preventatives etc of our pets. By adopting one pup from our rescue, you make room for another dog to be rescued our high kill shelter, thus becoming an integral part of our mission to save as many unfortunate dogs off the streets and shelters as possible. So Thank you for choosing to rescue, and not go to a breeder.
