In the gentle and dainty playgroup: Notes say he’s steerable, semi-engaged and tolerant He’s friendly, affectionate, and generous with kisses. Cricket knows sit and shake (especially when treats are involved — which he loves), and he went potty right several times outside. While toys didn’t grab his attention at the moment, that could easily change once he’s settled into a home and feeling comfy.Cricket is ready to run, play, and then snuggle up by your side. Don’t let her name fool you, Big Momma is a compact 60 pound snuggle bug! She loves to live the lazy life and take naps under the window in the sun, sleep in on weekends, and take more naps while watching Food Network. In between napping, she loves to play fetch, destroy toys, and go for walks around the neighborhood. She currently does well in her quiet foster home with one human and another mellow, well-socialized dog. While she doesn’t seem to understand how to play with other dogs, she loves to take naps with her resident dog sister and has started to show more signs of understanding or wanting to play. Big Momma can be hesitant around new people and can be dog selective. She has recently warmed up to strangers a bit more, though! High-energy environments can be too much for her, but she will thrive and live her best life in a quiet household. She’s crate trained and knows basic commands (sit, off, wait, on your bed) and is learning more. She’s very smart and picks up on new things quickly. Big Momma would make a great companion for someone who wants a mellow canine friend who lets them sleep in on weekends! Hi, I’m Luke, and I’m a big, lovable boy tipping the scales at just over 100 lbs! Don’t let my size fool you—I’m a happy, easygoing pup who just wants to play, explore, and cuddle. I’m all about the good things in life: squeaky toys, water play, long walks, and best of all—snuggle time on the couch. I’m a pro at giving hugs (though I’m working on not jumping up too hard to give them—oops!). I get along great with other dogs and kids, but because of my size and enthusiasm, I’d do best with older children who won’t get accidentally knocked over during playtime. I’m crate trained, housebroken, and walk nicely on a leash—unless there’s a squirrel… then it’s game on! I do have a slight prey drive, so a little guidance goes a long way. If you’re looking for a big-hearted, playful companion to fill your home with love (and maybe take up some space on your couch), I’m your guy. Weighing in at about 60 pounds, Finn has grown into a handsome boy with a beautiful gray and tan coat, soulful eyes, and an even bigger personality. Despite his star-quality appearance, Finn is more of a laid-back, easygoing guy—think Eeyore vibes, but with engines revved and ready to love. From the moment he wakes up, he’s prepared to shower his people with affection… and trust us, it’s A LOT of love! Finn does well with other dogs and does need a slow, proper introductions to new friends—both two-legged and four-legged. Once he knows you, he loves you deeply.
