A Gentle Giant!MEET KENNY!Kenny is about 2 years old and weighs approximately 90 lbs. He is a big, beautiful, hunk of a dog.Kenny has been professionally trained by Ridgeside K-9 of Central MD. He’s a loyal, obedient and quiet boy who loves and bonds to his people hard and is friendly with those he meets along his journey.Kenny is a calm, gentle soul who rarely barks. Although calm is his go-to state he does have a playful side and loves playing with the resident dogs at his foster home or doing big-dog zoomies in the yard. A joyful sight!Kenny loves love and just wants to be near his people. He’s not one to want to run a 5k with you; he prefers a nice walk around the neighborhood or a good romp in the yard followed by a nice long snooze and snore on his bed.Early in Kenny’s journey, he showed a little too much interest in a cat so it would be best for him to go to a home without cats or small animals. He’s a big boy and he could accidentally knock little humans over.Kenny is currently fostered in Myrtle Beach, SC. His adoption donation fee is $450, which includes spay/neuter, routine vetting and a microchip. She’s searching for a calm, patient home where she can feel safe and cherished. Big Mama has a sweet and easygoing personality. She loves to take naps, lounge in the sun, and snuggle. She also loves walks, playing with toys, and fetching tennis balls - but watch out, she’s a toy destroyer! She is crate trained and sometimes enjoys going in her crate on her own to relax. She’s fully house trained, is learning basic commands, and walks nicely on the leash. Big Mama has gotten along well with well-socialized dogs with similar easygoing temperaments. She can take some time to warm up to some men and can be leery of new people entering the home, especially when she’s in her crate. Ginger is a gentle giant who came to BARCS scared and shut down. With patience in foster care, she’s become a snuggly, affectionate companion who bonds deeply with her people. She is still cautious with the world and hesitant with new people—especially men—but with the right adopter, she will form an even stronger bond. Ginger is sweet, calm, and avoids conflict. She walks beautifully on leash, knows her basic obedience, has good recall, catches treats, and behaves well in stores like Petsmart and Home Depot. She is generally housebroken but may have accidents when left alone; however, she is calm and non-destructive. She does well with other dogs, is curious about cats, and may do fine with small animals with slow introductions. Ginger needs a patient home, ideally with a fenced yard, and someone willing to continue building her confidence. She has been polite but slightly hesitant with children. She can be adopted with Clover or separately. Ginger is gentle, loyal, and ready to bloss

Clover is a bright, curious young Mastiff who has blossomed in foster care. She arrived at our home unsure of toys or play, but quickly learned to fetch, explore, and enjoy affection. Friendly and outgoing, she is playful, eager to learn, and responds well to correction. As a guardian breed, she has developed a natural protectiveness, and with consistent training she’ll become a calm, well-mannered guardian in her new home. Clover walks well on leash, knows her basics, can stay until released, has strong recall, and behaves wonderfully in busy stores like Home Depot and Petsmart. She settles well when left alone and is non-destructive. Clover will thrive in an active home with continued training, socialization, and preferably a fenced yard. She can be adopted with Ginger or separately. Playful, loyal, and smart, Clover has endless potential.
