Dot "Luna" was initially adopted as a puppy and was recently returned at 6 years old due to divorce. She is completely overwhelmed at the shelter but she has lived with children, another dog in a temporary situation, but would need a lower energy dog, and is reported to be potty trained and rides well in a car.What a difference a week and all the staff at TAPS giving Dot "Luna" lots of TLC. She is still timid but gets excited to see staff now compared to not even being able to look her in the eyes before. Luna is an almost 6 year old Terrier mix. She will need a patient family that will continue to help her with socialization. She loves treats and belly rubs. She is smart knows basic commands and beg. She is dog and kid friendly, potty trained but will need help adjusting to anew home, walks well on leash, and rides well in the car.
