Derek the devious 🤣 Meet Derek, a young adult male (approximately 1.5 years old) fawn pug. He has 2 resting faces: pouty or laughing. He is very loving, dog, cat, & all ages/sizes of humans friendly- true to his breed. Derek does not let architectural boundaries come between him & what he desires, be it the kitty kibble that was (🙄safely) secured behind three separate 3-4 ft baby gates, or the recycling that had been sitting on the far recessed of the kitchen countertop. He uses amazing “sproing” & scramble abilities to reach his desired destination. Housebreaking is a work in progress, having been introduced to him when he was trapped & taken in as a stray right before Christmas. Pugs can be notoriously stubborn, but they do desire to please, so he is about 75% of the way there. Do you have room for this sweet, spunky guy in your home & life? Lots of love & laughter follow wherever he goes 💕 He is available for adoption through God’s Dogs Rescue. Hurry! He won’t last! My name is Skylar, and I’m a very happy girl who is going to be a big one! I was found walking along the highway all by myself, but thanks to a kind fellow rescuer, I’m now safe and ready for my forever home. I am a total cuddle bug and love spending time curled up in laps—yes, think I’m a lap dog! I’m sweet, affectionate, and love being close to my people. Skylar does great with dogs, cats, and kids, making her a wonderful fit for many types of families. She is crate trained and potty pad trained, and she’s learning what it means to be a loved family member. If you’re looking for a happy, loving girl with a big heart and lots of cuddles to give, Skylar might be your perfect match! Loretta is an affectionate, intelligent dog. She is housebroken, crate trained and knows basic commands. She is spayed and up to date with vaccines. She is about one and a half years old and weighs about fifty pounds. She loves people and is great with children but needs supervision around small children due to her exuberance. I adopted her from a shelter where she was abandoned in the parking lot after hours. I am heartbroken to have to rehome her but she will not allow my cats access to me. She has not harmed them but she chases them away. She is tolerant of other dogs outside but not in the house. She is a wonderful dog but should probably be an only pet. I will include her kennel, bed and all supplies I currently have on hand. If you have room in your home and heart for an amazing dog, please consider adopting Loretta.

Story
Scully is turning 10 years old in January. She has been with us since she was a puppy and we have loved having her as a companion. Two years ago, we brought home our first daughter and this summer we welcomed our second. Heartbreakingly, it is not working out the way we all imagined and Scully is not living the life she deserves. Scully would do best in a home with no children and no other pets and at least one person working from home. She loves to snuggle and burrow under blankets. She also loves peanut butter and cheese and is very motivated by both. She broke her leg as an overzealous puppy and is getting older, so she doesn't play hard anymore, but she loves chewing on bones and doing food puzzles. She will let you know when she needs to go outside and has barely had an accident since she's been potty-trained. If you think she would be a good fit for you, we would love to chat!
