She and her sister, Butter, spent their entire lives together in the same loving home, a place they believed would be theirs forever. But when their family had to move somewhere they weren’t allowed to tag along, both girls suddenly found themselves in a shelter through absolutely no fault of their own. Cocoa is incredibly sweet, gentle, and tender-hearted. You can tell she’s unsure of her new surroundings, after all, she’s only ever known one home and her routine was built around love, familiarity, and the comfort of her sister by her side. Despite her worry, Cocoa remains every bit the adorable, soft-natured little companion she has always been. Give her a little time to warm up, and she’ll quietly melt right into your lap with all the devotion of a dog who just wants safety again. She would make the perfect snuggly lap dog for someone looking for a calm, affectionate, loyal companion. Cocoa is ready for a peaceful retirement filled with soft blankets, quiet moments, and someone who will never let her feel unwanted again. This sweet boy’s absolute favorite thing in the world is being with his person. He’s a total shadow dog who will happily follow you everywhere. When he’s not soaking up snuggles, he’s busy entertaining himself with toys — crinkly toys, squeaky toys, bouncy toys… if it’s a toy, Gonzo loves it! He’s great with other dogs and kids, making him an easy fit for many types of families. Gonzo is the whole pug-package and is ready to wiggle his way into his forever home!
